The Space:

Evenings invite you to unwind with the gentle Florida warmth, whether you are preparing a simple meal indoors or stepping out to enjoy the open-air cooking space. Here, you can move easily between cozy interior corners and breezy outdoor moments, all within minutes of the energy of downtown Orlando.



Sleeping arrangements

Two spacious Queen bedrooms provide room for restful nights, with space for up to 6 guests across 2 beds. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the main home, while the MIL suite adds a quaint farmhouse-styled studio with its own queen bed and a second walk-in shower. Room-darkening shades, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and essential comforts help create a relaxed environment throughout.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen includes space to prepare meals with stainless steel appliances and the conveniences needed for everyday cooking. A Keurig coffee machine is available for easy mornings, and a dedicated workspace nearby allows you to transition smoothly from breakfast to planning your day. The MIL suite offers its own furnished setup, creating flexibility for guests who appreciate privacy.



Outdoor living

The large outdoor kitchen invites you to enjoy Winter Park's pleasant weather with a stainless steel stove top, a BBQ grill, and space to gather while you cook. Free parking on the premises and additional free street parking add convenience to your stay.

Essentials such as a washer, dryer, bathroom basics, and home safety equipment are included. The property is pet-friendly, welcoming guests who travel with animals.

Winter Park is known for its Old World charm, beautiful brick streets, & historic neighborhoods. It's uniquely like a mini-version of Manhattan’s Central Park, but in Central FL, with an abundance of parks. For an exceptional view, get out on the water & explore the vibrant lakes (a chain of six).



Close enough to the theme parks, yet just far enough to still experience local Orlando living. There’s a refined hipster vibe, packed with the area’s hottest restaurants, sleek bars, eclectic coffee shops, shopping, world-class museums, and a liberal arts college campus right in the center of town!



Getting Around:

The best way to get around would be by car. Don't forget to turn on the "Avoid Tolls" option on your GPS to avoid expensive toll charges!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
