Location of property is convenient to local restaurants, shops and more importantly, close to University of Central Florida. Purpose of stay was to be near UCF for our son’s required 2 day college orientation. The air in the house was initially musky and smoke smell. We purchased indoor air fresheners and the musky air and smoke smell disappeared. Comfortable and ample indoor and outdoor space. Was skeptical of having very close next door resident occupants but they didn’t bother us and didn’t create any noise or issues.

Clean, Well Appointed, and Comfortable

We needed three rooms for our son’s orientation at UCF, and this place was perfect! Nice amenities, and very well kept. The owner is easy to reach and very helpful. Recommended.

Orlando Visit

The place was nice, but you might want to bring towels because they only give you one per person and no extra in the place. Also there was no trash bags just the one in the can and we had 6 people for three days. Also, might want to bring toilet paper and paper towels as well, they don’t supply much. The remote did not work on TV in the master bedroom. Other than that the place was great.

Wedding trip

This property was truly amazing! The house was very clean and the backyard was very private. You really felt like you were in your own little world, rather than in a huge city. The pool was refreshing and well maintained. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for an Orlando getaway.

I had a terrific week there .Very clean..Backyard pool was nice and very peaceful and quiet too.The showers heads was very nice.Im upgrading mine today.The host response is very quick. I will go back there again in a year.30 minutes from Universal Studios and 5 minutes from Walmart .Nice area .Highly Recommended

I enjoyed my stay at the launch pad! Although I think the owner needs to improve its property maintenance around the home spraying for ants, bugs outside as well! Needs to have more larger pots available it is a 3 bedroom so more than likely families stay and need to cook! Other than those few little things my stay was great!

Perfect

House was perfect, very clean and exactly what we expected. Plenty of room for me and 2 teenagers and a backyard that one of the prettiest I’ve seen. We did not use the pool but spent lots of time sitting outside just enjoying the scenery. It was close to activities we had planned and I always appreciate access to washer/dryer. I have no complaints on this property and would love to stay here again at some point.

Decent size property three bedrooms were a good size living space was good size house had an odd smell to it which you got use to once you were there , not sure if that is a good or bad .Didn't realize there was a studio rental attached and one un-attached next to master ( studio shed ) so the drive way is shared overall not bad

Great stay

Overall a great stay. You will be about 30 mins from major parks like Universal or disney, but this is a very relaxing quite location to bring you and your family. We were very pleased with the bedroom set-up for or kids and us . Thank you

Nice house but a problem

I am having a hard time giving a review on this house. There was so many good things about it but the smoke odor was a problem. As soon as you walk in the door it hits you and permeates in every room. I turned the temp down, turned the dehumidifier on and bought glade air fresheners. Doing that helped making it okay too stay for three nights. The house, pool and patio are so nice. The bedrooms are decorated beautifully and the mattresses were comfy. It is truly a nice home to rent.... I told the manager upon leaving a professional cleaning service would really help. Hopefully, this will be done for future tenants.

Spacious space

The place is spacious. Feels like 2000 sq ft. The kitchen is a good size and modern. Could use a cutting board. There were a few blips like the place smelled slightly of cigarette smoke upon arrival and then again a few days later. And the neighbor (possibly owner) hangs out talking with friends at midnight on Friday and 2AM on a Monday, very close to the primary bedroom. Wifi speed did not support television viewing. And bath towels are small. Checkout instructions have you stripping beds and doing laundry and dishes. I did appreciate the bug free place, and the washer and dryer. Darkening shades are great. And they provided a playpen for our toddler. The. closets are a good size, especially in the primary room. I especially liked the open layout of the living room, kitchen and eating area. There are a few games to entertain like jenga. Overall it is a good place to stay.

Definitely would recommend!

This house was exactly as described. I would definitely not hesitate to book again . Great location.. close to UCF and downtown Orlando. Everything was perfect and convenient.

Daytona Bike Week

We had a pleasant stay in this home. Visited Daytona a couple of days that was not too far for the trip then went to Coco Beach for a day. Local restaurants, grocery and gas very convenient located.

Great launch pad

Very well equipped. Convenient to all restaurants, theme parks and airport. Spacious. Couldn't use pool in February. To cold but that was clear before we went. Great place for price.
