Spread out across spacious rooms, multiple porches, and cozy living areas, "Beach Happy" is ideal for families and large gatherings. With its private pool, elevator access, and quick beach boardwalk access, your vacation here will be filled with ease and enjoyment.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- The guest accommodations can comfortably sleep up to 12 people.
- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced. Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Elevator service may be slower because of the remote beach location. We will address any elevator issues as quickly as local service providers can manage.
- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
