We are a bay front home that is so near the water that it feels like you are on a cruise! Two screened porches, (one bay front and one on the entry side) a wonderful pier with kayak/paddle board launch pad and ladder. We are a private lot next door to an 8 acres of bay front land that we also own.

We welcome your pets (no aggressive breeds). We do have a limit of two pets under 50 lbs.

Enjoy our pool with sun shelf, bench (with a fountain) use the hot tub and when that feels hot, roll over into the adjacent pool. We have extensive travertine decking that flows into our “pool deck” with patio furniture, large out door pool TV walk through to our sugar white sand beach with benches, chairs and fire pit. Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $500.00 a week. We have an additional hot tub on our deck overlooking the bay

We are completely renovated home with modern decor, a kitchen with everything you need and top end appliances. Separate laundry room. We have the king/queen/bunk bedrooms on the main floor with the great room and kitchen and both screen porches. One of the unique features of our home is the lower level king bedroom with private entrance and it has its own cooling system. The lower level can be accessed by outside stairs or directly from parking area. We have extensive decks to watch the amazing sunsets that the bay is known for. We are steps from the island bike path and near the crossover to the gulf beach front. How close are we to the gulf front? We are 3 homes to Gulf Beach /drive and then two more to the gulf front. You can truly have the best of both worlds, Bay and Gulf at High Times.
