Waikiki is a famous Honolulu neighborhood on Oahu's south shore, blending urban energy with a classic Hawaiian beach experience. Its iconic beach is perfect for surfing, swimming, and sunbathing. The area is a hub for water activities, shopping on Kalakaua Avenue and at major centers like the International Market Place, and dining. Visitors can hike Diamond Head for stunning views, explore Kapiolani Park and the Honolulu Zoo, or discover marine life at the Waikiki Aquarium. It's a vibrant, walkable, and dynamic destination.
We have a pool on the 4th floor of the building. We also have 2 beach chairs and1 umbrella for your use.
The unit has a full kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and induction stovetop.. It is stocked with basic spices to help make cooking easy.
Two queen beds provide a comfortable sleep. Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and air conditioning add to the comforts! The furniture has been updated in late 2021, including new mattresses. Kitchen was remodeled in 2022.
The Waikiki area is walkable, and in fact, we suggest you walk as much as possible since parking is difficult to find in Waikiki. The Bus system on Oahu is excellent. Bus stops are located at the street corners next to the building. There are also car rental agencies throughout Waikiki.
Beginning October 27, 2025, the building will undergo an exterior renovation project (concrete repair and painting) lasting approximately 6â12 months. Work will occur MondayâFriday, 8:00 AMâ4:30 PM, and guests should expect daytime noise, dust. At this point, the construction on this side of the building has been completed but you may still experience noise. The Pool will be closed during the renovation project. We appreciate your understanding during this period.
Parking spot - assigned spot in basement of building. We recommend that you rent a smaller vehicle as the spot assigned to the unit has a wall on one side and a lower ceiling which make it difficult to get in and out of the vehicle if it's too large.
Noise - since we are centrally located in a resort area close to restaurants and bars, the area is noisy. You will hear urban noises from traffic and people.
