This home sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 has 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #2 has a full size bed.



Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #4 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Primary renter must be 25 or older and present at the property throughout the reservation

- 1 parking space is available in the carport (small vehicles recommended).

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- This is a 2nd floor unit & the property beneath on the first floor is a separate home.

- The front patio is shared with the lower unit.

- The home has an additional bathroom with walk-in shower.

- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $250. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

Grand Canal Getaway is a mere 4 miles from the Newport Beach Pier and only 2.5 miles from the Corona Del Mar State Beach Park. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
