Welcome to your perfect bayside retreat in the heart of Mission Beach. This charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom bay-front unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (best suited for 6 adults and 2 children) and offers beautiful waterfront views with an unbeatable location.
Upon arrival, access the unit conveniently via elevator and step into a bright, open living space. Sliding glass doors lead to a spacious bay-front balcony, where you can relax in the outdoor seating area and take in the viewsâperfect for morning coffee or evening downtime.
The full kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and ample space for preparing meals, along with a dedicated dining area for gathering together. While this unit does not have air conditioning, cool ocean breezes help keep the space comfortable.
The bedrooms are designed for comfort and flexibility. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ottoman at the foot of the bed that unfolds into a twin-size bed, best suited for two small children, along with an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, accommodating up to four guests, and there is a hall bathroom with a shower.
Additional amenities include in-home stacked washer and dryer, a bay-view dining area, and one reserved parking space, a valuable convenience in this popular beach neighborhood.
The dimensions for the parking space are 7âČ5âł (H) 15âČ (L) 8âČ2âł(W). San Diego Sunset does not guarantee that your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned space is too small.
Located directly across from the Mission Beach Womenâs Club, you are just steps from local bars, restaurants, cafĂ©s, and both beach and bay activities.

A copy of a government-issued ID/Driverâs License is required prior to check-in and may be submitted via email or shown in person at our office.
