Que vous soyez à la recherche de plaisir en famille, une escapade romantique ou repos et la relaxation, cette retraite Bayfront a tout! Venez jouer à la plage ou coup de pied vos pieds et dériver les bruits de l'eau.

Beau et relaxant, gated, deux chambres, deux salles de bains condominiums Penthouse (Unité du Nord ou l'unité du Sud avec de nouveaux planchers en bois) sur Mission Bay à Mission Beach avec vue à 180 degrés sur la colline de La Jolla, le Bahia Resort Hôtel, et Mission Bay . Ces spacieux (chaque unité est de 1.250 pieds carrés), la copropriété du troisième étage sont parfaits pour les familles, multi-familles ou les couples qui cherchent à vous évader pour une belle, des vacances reposantes. Asseyez-vous sur la terrasse et regarder le feu d'artifice SPECTACULAIRE Voir de Seaworld!

Louer les condos comme 2bd / 2ba ou comme 4bd / 4BA. Nos deux condos sont front de mer et dans le couloir de l'autre. Louez tout le 3ème étage sur! Notre installation de 4bd / 4BA est idéal pour les multi-familles.

L'ascenseur sécurisé vous amène jusqu'à deux portes avant. Détendez-vous et détendez-vous sur les balcons joliment carrelés et meublées ou attraper quelques rayons sur le sable ou dans l'eau. À quelques pas de la promenade de la baie, un pâté de maison de l'océan et à deux rues au nord de Mission Bay Park et le célèbre Belmont Roller Coaster!

Les chambres de maître grandes et spacieuses sont dotées de lits king-size, une salle de bains principale attenante et télévision par câble. Ouvrez les fenêtres et profiter de la brise de l'océan! La deuxième chambre a un lit Queen (unité Sud) ou deux lits jumeaux (unité Nord), télévision par câble et vue sur l'eau. Les salles de bains disposent d'une douche de rechange / baignoire. Chaque unité dispose de deux lits pliants jumeaux. Il y a aussi un lit d'enfant, parc à bébé et une chaise haute dans l'unité du Sud et une chaise haute et parc à l'unité du Nord pour les petits!

La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour servir un festin! Beaucoup d'espace de stockage pour l'épicerie et un bar avec tabourets et vue sur la baie (South Unit). Les salons ont des canapés en cuir en peluche, la télévision par câble et d'un lecteur DVD. Regardez votre émission préférée ou tout simplement se détendre sur le canapé et regarder à la vue imprenable sur la baie à travers les baies vitrées. Le foyer au gaz est toujours agréable pour les soirées fraîches. Chaque condo est livré avec une place de parking couvert. Nous n'avons pas la climatisation, mais nous offrons des fans pour votre usage.

PROCHE DE TOUT!: Nous sommes une rue au nord du Roller Coaster Belmont et directement à l'ouest de la station Bahia. Profitez d'une balade autour de la baie de la Bahia Belle. Les unités sont à seulement cinq minutes à Sea World, à quelques minutes en voiture du zoo de San Diego et le Wild Animal Park de San Diego et à 30 minutes de Legoland, il est également à quelques miles du centre-ville de San Diego, l'aéroport de San Diego et célèbres marelles de la Jolla. Nous sommes à pied de tout - (! Starbucks est au coin) commerces, restaurants, Animation, piscine intérieure, arcade, carrousel, montagnes russes et autres manèges et jeux, épicerie, vélo / patin / boogie ou planche de surf magasin de location, parc, etc. Presque tout est à 5 minutes à pied!

Great views of the bay. Clean and quiet. The check in and out was easy. Parking was a must for that area. Nice waking path along the bay and the ocean was a block or so away. Location was nice on the bay in the front and the beach a short walk behind. Plenty of good restaurants around. Designated parking spot was great since it is such a busy area. It was very quiet at night/early morning. We enjoyed the walking path that goes along the bay and to some shops.

Family Spring Break Get Away

Thank you for providing a great retreat! We very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with so many pans, dishes, and utensils. The boogie board and chairs and pales made our beach time the best! It felt super safe and was close to many restaurants, stores, the beach and the Belmont Park with fun games and rollercoaster. There is so much to do while having a quiet secure place to land and enjoy. Thanks again for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

Our family of 4 had a really nice stay. The building is older, but the unit has updated kitchen and bathrooms. Everything worked great for us. It was so nice to be right on the bay with beautiful windows and a balcony, and the breeze was wonderful to have with windows that easily opened. There are several fans provided to keep it cool and breezy, too. We really enjoyed the ability to walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops. It's a nice, vibrant neighborhood. There are beach toys and chairs in the stairwell to the beach, which we took advantage of. The location was great for our family, a short walk or drive to many different things to do. The communication from the host and property management company was fantastic. The guidebook provided so much information, very helpful. Easy access to the property, and everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the San Diego area.

Beautiful Bay view

The living room was nicely updated and had a beautiful view of sail bay and the Bahia Belle. Nightly fireworks from Sea World were a treat too. We were fortunate that the temps were in the mid to low 70s during the day since the property does not have A/C. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit dated for the price but were clean. We had an issue with the sliding screen which Dani took care of right away. We typically stay on the ocean side and will probably do so next time as well. But all in all, a nice stay.

As Arizonans, we spent our summers traveling to San Diego. Chris’s family now lives here, and Kelly has cherished childhood memories of staying in the same vacation rental each year.

We had always dreamed of owning a home by the water, and in 2006, that dream became a reality when we purchased our South condo. The following year, the condo across the hall became available, and it’s now our North condo. What we never anticipated was that this journey would evolve into a successful adventure lasting over 19 years. We truly enjoy running our small business and take great pleasure in hosting guests from all around the world.

As hosts, our goal is to ensure you feel right at home and have everything you need. Our property manager, Dani, who has been with us almost from the start, is nearby and available if you need anything during your stay. Please don’t hesitate to reach out— we’re here for you!
