Away from the home, the bustling downtown area of West Palm Beach is a 15-minute drive to the south with endless options for dining and entertainment. Visitors should take a few hours to explore McCarthy’s Wildlife Sanctuary, a rescue facility home to over 170 animals and an adventure the whole family is sure to love. Manatee Lagoon is also 15 minutes from the home and offers the opportunity to see these peaceful sea creatures up close in their natural habitat. Of course, you can’t miss out on spending a day or two at the beach, building sandcastles and splashing in the surf as you snack on a delicious picnic lunch.
