Remodeled cozy family house with heated pool, 10 min from the airport!

Welcome to our newly remodeled house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, perfect for your family getaway! This cozy home is nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Enjoy the convenience of having 2 lakes and the beach in close proximity.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the comforts of home. Step outside to our inviting outdoor area where you can relax and unwind. Fire up the BBQ for a delightful evening under the stars, or take a dip in our heated pool to truly unwind and relax.

We have a private apartment on the left side of the house with someone living in it. And yes, your furry friends are welcome too! We allow one pet weighing no more than 20lbs.

We have 2 cameras. One in the front door, the ring camera and one in the backyard for security purposes only. I uploaded pictures for you to see what I see.

Spring Training vacay

We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the property very much. Weather was great so the pool was a huge plus! Very impressed with the kitchen amenities and VERY well stocked. We made a large family dinner one night and had everything just like home! Host was very accommodating and available quickly with answers to our questions!! Would highly recommend this location for a family stay!!

Great place and location

We stayed to enjoy week with our son and grand baby which was 8 minutes from our rental. Very clean and great location. Owner was very receptive anytime I had a question. Great rental spot.

Great home for our family

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Very clean and spacious. Pool was awesome. Bed's are very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. We would rent again f we head back to West Palm Beach.

Delightful decor and welcoming vibes
 Loved the layout of the entire house & backyard with the pool. Perfect for a family vacation. Quiet location, and near shopping centers, beaches, and the airport. Prompt and courteous communication with the owner. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Wonderful home with a nice backyard and pool

We escaped Seattle for a few days to watch some friends competing at the final week at WEF. This house was delightful and comfortable. Great communications with the host. Highly recommended. We loved lounging by the pool.

Outstanding home!

This was a family get away and I have to say this home was great! The pool was amazing and it was clean. It could use a few more kitchen items, but you won't be disappointed with this property! I truly didn't want to leave. Even the neighbors were friendly. You will feel like you are at your own home.. Simply beautiful and cozy.. We sure do thank the host/owner for the constant communication through out our stay.

The owner is easy to reach, responds quickly, friendly, and accomidating. The washer and dryer were not working yet and he made arrangements for us if we needed to wash clothes. The house is very nice and the heated pool is great! We could tell the owner is continuing to upgrade the property. We look forward to staying again.

Nice get away

This house presents itself nicely. (strong "clean" aroma throughout) The kitchen area is great but has small "step downs" in 2 areas you need to be aware of. It is well stocked with equipment and necessitys if you want to cook, eat in or BBQ. Bathrooms are nice, altho the one in the master bedroom is small. It has a nice area outside around the pool to sit with coffee or party all day into the night. It is a good choice in a family-type neighborhood, close to most everything.

Listing is not very accurate

This listing shows that the property is a house with a pool and hot tub
 it is a house, that has an apartment attached.. with a noisy dog that barked all weekend and does not have a hot tub. Seems like the house needs some work, the door to the pool has a handle that is ready to fall off, the light in the pool was falling out and was being held on by electrical tape and just overall needed work and a deep cleaning. This is an okay house to stay in and in a great location but the listing really needs updated and should mention that when you book, you don’t have the entire property to yourself.

Very nice experience

The property manager was incredibly nice and helpful. The property looks even better in person and the pool was heated and wonderful. Quick note: we couldn't find a dishwasher or clothes washer/ dryer. I don't believe either were on the listing and they were not necessary for our trip so if they are because for your trip, you may want to reach out to the owner beforehand.

Great house

I loved the house, comfortable and clean. I’m also a VRBO host. I would only change the fact that it was too hot at night and the AC thermostat was under lock and key. Guests have different temperature needs and should be able to control. If you get a smart thermostat you can monitor and make sure guests don’t do anything crazy like setting it to 60 but at 74, some of our party couldn’t sleep. Also could have used 1 more garbage bag but other than that it was perfect.

Enjoyable stay in South Florida

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and well off any busy streets. There was only room for 1 car in the driveway however there was plenty of parking along the road, as we had an extra car with us. Inside the house was clean and certainly as presented in the listing. It was comfortable for the 3 of us and had most everything we needed for our stay. A couple things we found curious were there were no hand towels or washcloths anywhere we could find in the house. This perhaps was a simple oversight as wash linens seem like a pretty basic item. So we had to use full size bath towels just to dry our hands or face. We also found that there were no top sheets on either of the beds. There were bottom sheets over the mattress but then just a comforter laid over that. Perhaps this was just an oversight as well but did seem odd. The kitchen was well stocked and functional, which is good as we always make breakfast and many times will cook meals at the house. There is a small apartment attached to the front of the property however since we were not inconvenienced by anyone we did not really even notice. Overall a very nice house which is perfect for a small group to rent.

Newly renovated interior

Great location, great price, interior was all new. House was in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient for all that my group was doing during our stay. I would definitely rent this property again but there are a few things worth mentioning. The pool isn't heated. The heater was there but had no power to it. The pool was clean and, with the temperatures we had during our stay, didn't need a heater. The exterior of the house leaves a bit to be desired. It needs a paint job and some landscaping. The yard in the rear of the house needs a good clean up. There was lots of construction trash all over, old pvc pipes, electric wires, spray foam and who knows what else. We made sure the kids had shoes on if they were out there. It could be a great space for the future. Moving forward there will be an apartment in the garage. It was under construction during our stay (we encountered the builder). In my opinion not the ideal situation but I don't own the property. There is not a washer and dryer on site which was an inconvenience for us. We are used to having this convenience from other properties we've stayed at. All in all it was a great stay. Interior is all brand new. I think the owner is working to improve things and a lot of what I have mentioned will be rectified. Unfortunately I can only speak about my stay and I can't speculate about future rentals. I would stay here again as it was nice inside and very convenient.
