A comfortable, peaceful and private two bedroom, two bathroom Caribbean retreat, set well back from the main road, with a fabulous pool and gazebo. Rose House has been completely and thoughtfully re-furbished, to a high standard, and offers wonderful space, including a 40ft verandah, spacious garden and excellent security. Very conveniently located â Can walk to Baileyâs supermarket, in 5 minutes. English Harbour with a huge array of restaurants, bars, delis, tennis courts and much more is 6 minutes drive away, as is the historic and fascinating Nelsonâs Dockyard. Pigeon and Galleon beaches are equally close.
Rose house has a lovely master bedroom with king bed and en-suite shower room. There is a spacious second bedroom which can be made up as a king or twin and there is a second bathroom with shower which doubles as the house bathroom.
The open plan lounge with refurbished kitchen and breakfast bar, and lounge area lead out onto the covered terrace which extends the whole length of the home.
The kitchen has a new stove and fridge freezer, dishwasher and ample cupboard space. Rose House is available for rental complete with everything you will need to enjoy your Caribbean vacation.
There is a brand new 28foot (9 metre) swimming pool with pool deck and shady gazebo which has been installed for the summer of 2024.
