Property was clean and ready to go upon arrival. Our family loved the larger balcony with a dinner table to be able to enjoy meals while looking over the beach. This property sits parallel with the Gulf, so the view is spectacular, and stays mostly shaded all day during the summertime at least. Property included a very good amount and variety of dishes and cookware. Our family loves this area as it feels more secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores, while still being an easy drive to the main restaurants in town.

The beach view and balcony are awesome. The unit overall is wonderful. Had a little trouble getting the code for the door on the first check-in day but that was taken care of well by the owner host. I can't say anything negative about the unit. Gulf shores plantation resort as a whole could use more areas of shade at pools and Hot tubs. That's my only complaint. It was very peaceful and quiet as I went right after spring break.

Access to sassy bass and the coffee shop was wonderful. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Only thing I would change is the beds. The mattresses are uncomfortable and very squeaky.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great amenities, washer and dryer in condo was convenient. Restaurant on site. 6 pools, chair and lounges available to rent on beach. Really wish they would enforce the rules of not leaving things on the beach at night. So many tents and beach stuff left out on beach made it look very trashy at times. Waking up to look at sun coming up and all you can see in front of resort are left over tents, chairs, floats and umbrellas that the other guest would leave out their entire stay. Some I think were left by guests that were long gone and just frame was left and the tent cover gone. The condo was nice and plenty room for us. We have stayed at the resort in this building 5 times over the years and always enjoy ourselves.

The resort was nice, the condo floors were dirty I don’t think the cleaners mopped, our comforter was dirty in the master bedroom, the oven didn’t work great, I’m guessing that’s why there was an counter oven, the refrigerator was way too small, the rest of the condo and bathrooms were fine, the view was great, the pools were nice.

The host was amazing. The place could use some updates. The curtains have holes in them, there is rust on the appliances, and the housekeepers should clean better.
