The location was amazing! The common area outside completely made our stay. Would have liked more towels… and an option for laundry. Check out instructions were unclear… we were confused about what the expectations were. Overall we enjoyed it a lot!

The cottages were great. We didn’t realize when booking its 3 separate cottages but it still fit our party of 9. Location, location, location! We would book again.

We had an amazing time and you can’t beat this location! Rooms were clean and cozy, our group enjoyed and spent a lot of time in the courtyard as well. Extremely accommodating and great communication throughout our stay, always felt like our comfort was their priority.

The were many poor things and some good things. Blood on sheets on the pull out couch. Not enough toilet paper. Called manager about construction workers coming in without notice at 8pm, and he was very rude about the situation. It was great location wise and good for a big group.

This guest was quite rude and abusive when she called seemingly intoxicated as was the group of people screaming and cursing in the background complaining about "construction people" coming in at 8pm. It could definitely be blamed on us as we allowed them to check in 4 hours early at 11am and they must have been drinking all day. When it was explained that they were our 2 employees and they were just putting the garbage out from the common area (and only there 2 minutes) because the city requires that the garbage in that district goes out at night and be taken in first thing in the morning, her response was "you could've given us a heads up" The group in the background had to be asked several times to keep their voices down and to stop cursing over the phone. They were quick to complain about the "construction people" but we were never notified any of these other issues. We actually stock toilet paper as well as linen at that property for our other downtown locations so it would have been an easy fix if we had known and if it was true. We encourage all of our guests to have a good time with us but to treat all people that they meet including our employees as equals and not to interact with anger, hate or with abusive language.

You absolutely cannot beat the location of the property if you’re looking to have a fun weekend in Key West. On top of the incredible location, the property was very well kept, and the property manager went above and beyond throughout the whole process to ensure that our stay was top notch. The property is perfect for a large group and the communal patio area and pool are a great spot to catch-up with friends and cool off. I can’t recommend staying at Harbor Walk Hideaways enough!

I come to Key West often. This is the best location and property I’ve stayed in. Everything was wonderful. I will book this every single time I come. it is perfect for big families, couples or a group of friends.

Super convenient location

This was perfect for our big group, which was a mix of couples and single friends in our 30s. We loved how walkable this place was to everywhere. We didn’t end up pulling our car out of the parking lot the entire trip

Family Vacation 2025

It was great to have 3 cottages to accommodate our needs. Parking is a very big issue and expensive. Everyone had a great time. We ate too much from the bakery right next door but it was worth it, lol. Key West is awesome, we did many things during our stay; very busy. Lots of great music and bands throughout the Keys. We absolutely enjoyed the Scuba Diving Museum in Islamorada would highly recommend it. Food, drinks, and desserts were outstanding! Had a blast!

Best birthday weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location with everything you need right there! Footsteps to all the action! The beds were comfortable and units clean upon arrival. Nikki and Zoey are fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we had rides for our big group the whole weekend! Their service alone made the property 100% worth it. My only suggestion would be for a little more TLC for outside areas to avoid the palm tree pods that end up everywhere both inside and out! Overall, we loved it and definitely would stay here again!
