Coastal Haven- seulement 4 pâtés de maisons de la plage !!!! Qu'est-ce que tu attends?

Coastal Haven est une maison de 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain située au bout d’un cul-de-sac avec une grande cour arrière avec hamac, barbecue au gaz, table et chaises de patio. 2 des chambres ont des lits queen et la 3ème chambre a un ensemble de lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres ont de grands placards et des ventilateurs de plafond. Les deux salles de bains ont des combinaisons baignoire / douche avec beaucoup d'espace pour stocker vos articles de toilette. Il y a 4 télévisions, 2 lecteurs DVD, une connexion Internet haut débit sans fil (apportez votre ordinateur portable et votre iPad), de très bons livres à lire, des DVD et de nombreux jeux pour divertir les enfants. La cuisine est pleine et entièrement équipée pour rester une semaine ou un mois! Il a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour rendre votre séjour plus agréable. Une gamme de casseroles et poêles, de vaisselle, de bols, de verrerie et même d'épices est fournie pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson.

We've stayed at this house twice now and it's comfy and cozy; has everything you need for a nice vacation. Love the fenced yard for our dog and the nicely equipped kitchen. We cooked several of our meals to save on expenses. Host is very nice and easy to communicate with. The closet in the primary bedroom is awesome for a longer stay. The screened porch is great. Would (& probably will) stay here again! Thanks Dawn!

This house was bigger than the pictures indicated. It was extremely clean and the layout was super. Dawn’s communication was very quick and helpful throughout booking and our stay. The house was located at the end of a dead-end street providing a peaceful quiet stay. The large fenced in backyard was especially helpful for our dog. Thank you for sharing the house with us. It was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. This home is very spacious and comfortable with all the necessary things. The screened in back porch with TV and fences in backyard are great for winding down from a busy beach day as well as enjoy morning coffee. Easy walk to the beach with pets and/or children. The neighborhood is private and the neighbors are nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Our month-long stay at the house was wonderful! The host was easy to communicate with and even left us a special treat upon arrival. There is a park across the street that was great for walks with our dog. The yard is private and fenced also making it wonderful for our pet. It is an easy walk to restaurants and the beach This home contributed to a relaxing and memorable vacation. We are looking forward to staying again!

Summer Vacay at Coastal Haven

Great house and location for stay on St. Simons

Very clean house in a perfect location and nice neighborhood. Very short bike ride to the beach and close enough to walk or bike to multiple restaurants. We would stay here again and look forward to doing so in the future.

Relaxing time in St.Simon’s

Our first time to St.Simon’s Island. This is a beautiful, clean and welcoming home. Host was very helpful with providing information on restaurants and things to do in the area. We will definitely return!

I have been coming to St. Simons for over 35 years. When I got married my husband started coming with me to the island mostly to attend conferences at the Sea Palms Golf & Tennis Resort. We would enjoy our stay so much we would always extend our visit 4 or 5 extra nights so we could enjoy the beautiful island. We love to ride bikes and ride for hours on the bike trails, stop for lunch and then do more exploring. The day would not be complete without several hours of beach time. Then dinner at one of the many fantastic restaurants on the island and maybe a late night stroll on the beach. We started to come back year after year and rent a cottage close to the beach. We love the island so much we made a promise to one day buy our own cottage so we could spend as much time as we wanted on St. Simons. Our dream has finally come true and we are so happy to be able to rent our special place in hopes that other's will love the island as much as we do. It is perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway, families wanting to create that perfect beach vacation, snowbirds looking for a great climate for a month or two or maybe a girls weekend to catch up with great friends. We hope you enjoy your stay in paradise!

Coastal Haven is close to everything. You can walk to the beach located next to the King & Prince resort in about 10-12 minutes. On the way to the beach, you have Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's and Beachcomber's, three of the islands most popular restaurants. You are one mile from the village pier which includes shopping, great restaurants and the public swimming pool. You really don't need a car from this location except to go to the grocery store. Everything can be reached on a bicycle or by walking. We have rented on this street for the last four years, so it just made sense to buy a house here! You will be thrilled at how convenient this house is to everything on the island and you will love this quiet street!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house is private with no thru traffic and located across from a beautiful park. Only 4 blocks to the beach and to the King & Prince Resort. Perfect to rent if you are in town for a wedding or family reunion! We love the big fenced backyard and you can even hear the freighters blowing their horns when they come by the pier! A very comfortable house, great for getting some much needed rest and relaxation!
