Welcome to Cozy Coastal Cottage! Newly renovated, this cute dog-friendly 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom cottage is located on a quiet street that is popular due to its close walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the dog park! The open-concept kitchen, sitting area, and dining space are the perfect place to relax as a group. Adjacent is a perfectly suited living room area with plenty of seating and a large HD Smart TV to enjoy a movie or watch the game! The cottage offers three guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a quaint en suite bathroom with a shower. The two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a bathtub. The fully fenced backyard is a great space to enjoy yard games while ensuring that your pups are safe!
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! â the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Spring break groups and events such as weddings, receptions, etc. are not permitted.
Dogs are allowed with a $150 fee per dog (2 dog maximum)
Fireplace(s) not available for guest use
Linens (Bath towels, beach towels & bed sheets) provided
