THE CONDO
Welcome to Jane`s Cove, a bright and inviting coastal retreat located on the 3rd floor of Tower B, easily accessible by elevator. This single-level condo ensures a comfortable and seamless stay with no interior steps. The open-plan living space, bathed in natural light, features a cozy living area with a sofa that converts to a pull-out bed for additional guests. From here, you can admire stunning ocean views through the sliding glass door or step onto your private balcony to feel the refreshing sea breeze. A dedicated workspace is also available.

The bedroom is a peaceful haven designed for rest, offering two comfortable Queen beds with plush linens, a flat-screen TV, and room-darkening shades. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your favorite meals and snacks, featuring:

To ensure a smooth and transparent stay, please note the following:
- Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

- Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

- Amenity Access: Guests have full access to all pools, hot tubs, the lazy river, and the poolside bar.

- Location: This is a 3rd-floor unit located in Tower B, with convenient elevator access.

- Seasonal Hours: Some resort amenities, like the poolside bar, may have limited hours or availability due to seasonal changes or maintenance.

- Please note: that access to the fitness center, arcade, and main resort dining area is limited to property owners.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom in Tower B. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.
