It was a fantastic place to stay for our family. The pool was heated and the play area for our girls was perfect. It has so many beds and could fit double our family. They were attentive and helpful. We got there and there were some great snacks for us. Overall we loved it here. We will be renting again in the future.

We had a wonderful family stay at this house. The indoor and outdoor gathering spaces were perfect—plenty of room for games, meals, movie nights, and just hanging out together. The kitchen made cooking for a big group easy and the two refrigerators were extremely helpful. We also loved the hot tub, fire pit, and spacious backyard. Parking was never an issue, and the location felt peaceful yet was still only minutes from restaurants and grocery stores.We did have one issue upon arrival, but management responded quickly and took care of it right away, which we really appreciated.Overall a great house for a family getaway—highly recommend!

It was a last minute booking and we are so glad that we got an excellent stay at this beautiful home, which was perfectly suited for our group, including both adults and young children. The property was spotlessly clean, well cared for, and exactly as presented, with a spacious layout that made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together.The outdoor space was a standout feature. The playscape was a huge hit with the kids, who happily spent hours outside, while the adults enjoyed unwinding by the pool and surrounding grounds. The balance of family-friendly amenities and relaxing outdoor areas made the experience especially enjoyable.Communication with the host was prompt, professional, and seamless throughout our stay. Low Key Stay

This is a beautiful piece of property with a country feel, minutes away from the busy city. Having access to an awesome pool and all the activities available in the large yard was perfect for the week we intended. The inside space was perfect for our group that aged from 30-70. We would definitely book this place again!

Great spot for a large group

We stayed with a 17 person bachelorette party. The house was just what we needed and the pool was a great spot to hang out. The location is also beautiful and right across from a horse farm, which was serene and relaxing to watch the horses run.

We enjoyed our stay. Great layout for 2 families. All beds were comfortable. You feel like you are in the country, but only a few miles from all the stores. Pool was amazing. It rained one day, but we swam any way and made memories! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Everything about the property was great from the host to the property manager. I was kept well informed and the host responded quickly to answering any questions I may have had. We had about 12 guest's and were able to comfortably enjoy family time even in doors.indoors

This property was perfect for our family to stay while attending our sons wedding! We were able to have the whole family comfortably. The games, pool, hot tub and amazing yard were enjoyed by all!! We were even able to host the rehearsal luncheon - and the guests all raved about the location, and the manager arranged our table and chair rentals - we couldn’t have asked for an easier process!!! The manager was super helpful and communicative - every amenity is provided- would highly recommend this home for your Austin getaway!!!

Home away from home

This is an absolutely stunning house. Big enough for large amounts of people, but homey and charming inside. Easy-to-get-to location, about 10 minutes from downtown, but the property itself was massive and quiet, especially at night!Everything was comfortable, clean, and well organized, and everything looked just like the pictures. Instructions were clear and the host was incredibly responsive. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus! Everything we could have needed to make it a great trip was provided - we'd absolutely stay again!

FAMILY GETAWAY

My family stayed here along with some family friends. We had a total of 8 people, 5 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of room for us all. The pool and hot tub were great and so many indoor and outdoor games kept us occupied. The neighborhood was really quiet. We spent most of the time on the property itself as we did not felt the need to go elsewhere. The host was great and answered all of my questions promptly. It's super close to a shopping village that has multiple restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores like HEB and emergency medical centres as well. If you are looking for a place to just hang out and relax this is a great place to do it.

Beautiful, spacious house

The property was very spacious with lots of bedrooms and very clean for our extended family annual get together. Lot of space, modern, comfortable, with plenty of amenities. The backyard is huge and fortunately it was sunny day outside and our group enjoyed the outdoor space, with so many outdoor games and in evening we gathered around the fire pit. Lovely neighborhood with coutry side feel. Heated pool and hot tub was a hit & the game room was entertaining for the kids and adults alike. For the events we attended in Austin downtown, the drive was just 10 mins away due to quick connectivity to the mopac expressway. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were clean! Would definitely stay again. Overall, our stay was pretty great & the host was accommodating/responsive. This is a 10/10 experience !!

Absolutely phenomenal hospitality and amenities!

Ray’s VRBO was exactly how it looked in pictures but much more beautiful in person. My family and I went to Austin for a family get together and the house fit all 11 of us perfectly. Host is super responsive and was always there, when we need help and definitely catered to our needs. We had an issue with hot water not working and did not notice until very late into the night and he came within 20 mins notice to get it right and fix the problem. Honestly, I have been to multiple VRBO's for travel but hands down, he is the best host. All my group members have saved this booking for future travels in the area. Thank you so much for the stay ! The outside areas were fabulous. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops, ice cream parlours close by. I would give it more stars if I could. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
