I was traveling to visit family but also needed to work. The condo was perfectly laid out for my needs. Clean and comfortable. And the snacks provided came in very handy when I was in a rush. I strongly recommend.

This property was exactly as it listed. As a Shreveport native I couldn’t of asked for a better location. The house was clean and gave a homey feel. I enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to anyone in the future. The owner was diligent about answering questions quickly and gave me all the information we needed.

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!!

This lovely little townhome is the perfect place! The hosts have thought of everything. From the covered parking, nice decor, fabulous mattresses, soft sheets and cozy electric fireplace to the bottles of water in the fridge and the variety of snacks!… It’s all amazing. I’ll never stay in another hotel in Shreveport! Can’t wait till my next day in May.

Amazing!

We were in town from tx due to an unfortunate situation landing a family member in the hospital and need a place close by to stay at last minute. I took a chance and messaged the owners to see if the property was available. They were extremely responsive and very helpful. Luckily they had the availability and accomidated us last minute. When we arrived the playlce was immaculate, fully stocked with all essentials, and so comfortable. We would highly recommend this VRBO!!

Clean, safe and great location to stay

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay for my post operative rest. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Only issue I had was 2 TVs were listed, however, the one upstairs did not work at all and the one downstairs did not pickup local channels unless the antenna was turned toward the bathroom and the blinds were open mid-way. Worked great during the week however, on the weekend, only 1 local channel could be picked up on the antenna. All I wanted to do was to watch the football games. If you want to watch Netflix you're in luck.

So glad to have Patricia as a guest. We had an antenna to accommodate for local channels but apparently she couldn’t relocate the antenna to a second TV. We will make sure that we have clear instructions for that option in the future. We try to accommodate every guest the best that we can.

Beautiful and Well Stocked Townhome!

My sisters, boyfriend and I all came to stay at this beautiful townhome for a visit with my brother who is currently stationed in the area. We were very pleased with the amenities and how well stocked everything was! There were cookies, coffee, snacks, plenty of towels, a few commonly used items in the fridge, and a grill (which is a must for us). There was even wine! The owner Greg was also very responsive and kind when we had an issue with the grill that turned out to be user error. We've had a mixed bag with some of the places we've stayed, but this place did not disappoint! We very much enjoyed our stay and intend to come back while my brother is stationed in the area. A few suggestions my sisters wanted to add: the nonslip dots in the bathtub are starting to lose their grip and it might be time to think about replacing them. We also all would have loved if there was a small chair on each balcony since we had coffee out there every morning for our stay. My sisters thought that they may have heard some leaky pipes behind/under the sink after each use in the bedroom to the right at the top of the staircase, which may be something to look into. Finally, my younger sister also suggested either thinking about providing a hotel sized bar of soap for the shower or clarifying in the listing that the soap available is body wash since she only uses bar soap. The host was very attentive and responsive. The house was clean and well stocked. I know it’s silly, but my favorite part was all of the USB and plug power options throughout the house. Traveling always stretches device batteries and I appreciated there always being one nearby. We’ll use this property again any time we’re in Shreveport.
