We also have a rollaway bed that can be moved into any of the upstairs rooms.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Maximum Occupancy: 20, we have to be firm on this occupancy due to our septic capacity. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

Grounds security is provided via outdoor security cameras. Please note:

No Fireworks Permitted
No Parties
No tampering with security cameras

Person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabin is wired for 200 mg Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet/TV service. Hochatown is also a growing town that has not caught up to big city infrastructure. We do have occasional power outages that are out of our control, no refund is offered for temporary power outages or internet outages.

It does also occasionally snow in Hochatown, we encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance if you are concerned about your travel plans.

A starter of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, and basic seasonings will be provided for your stay. Our cabin has fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills and connected directly to main cabin propane. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent fires.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. Although we try our best to have no hot tub issues, there may be times when it will require repairs.

Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)

Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit. Hochatowndotcom should have current information. We cannot give refunds due to burn bans as they are beyond our control.

Micro Weddings – Important Info:
We love celebrating special moments, but please note: micro weddings are not included in the nightly rate and require prior approval and an additional event fee.
Because we are on a septic system, events must be kept small and within a set timeframe to protect the property.
Please message us before booking if you're considering a micro wedding — we'd love to help you plan it right!
