Come stay with us in this exclusive neighborhood of Key Colony Beach! Key Colony Beach is considered the Gem of the Florida Keys. Grab a bike or take a walk down to Sunset Beach or try Havana Jacks for Happy Hour. You are bound to pass many people out enjoying themselves and utilizing the walking/jogging courses throughout the city. There is a challenging 3-par Golf Course, Tennis, Pickle Ball, and Basketball Courts, Bocci ball, Horseshoes, a Playground, Walking Paths with Exercise stops, a public bathroom, and 3 parks all located within walking distance!

Sea life, birds, and critters - You are sure to spot many of the local creatures…. Jelly fish, Rockfish, Bull shark, Manatee, Sea Turtles, Tarpon, Snapper, Barracuda, Stingray, Dolphin, etc. You might also find the birds and iguanas hanging out near the pool. The wildlife, world class fishing, and easy access to the water is what keeps everyone coming back to the Keys..and of course, the sun and year round warm weather.

Centrally located in the Keys in Marathon short drive from beautiful Sombrero Beach or spend a day in Key West or the Dry Tortugas only a hour drive away! This home is conveniently located close to several great restaurants and local bars and plenty of shopping options.

We are minutes from the Marathon Airport. We are 2 hours from Miami airport, about 2 1/2 hours from Fort Lauderdale Airport and about 1 hour from Key West Airport.

You will have private access to the entire home, pool, hot tub, and amenities throughout your stay. The code to the house will be provided prior to check in to allow a seamless check in process.

Driving around town is easy. Key Colony Beach is also great for a golf cart rental. Uber and Lyft also operate in Marathon. There is a bus that drives between Marathon and Key West as well!
