This designer-decorated, modern home is 3,300 sq. ft. and features 6 king bedrooms, all with ensuite baths and more than 3,000 sq. ft. of expansive, outdoor, covered terraces and walkways. This home is ideally positioned on more than an acre of lush, tropical beachfront and provides guests with an ideal private beach setting.
The main house boasts an open floor plan with an abundant kitchen and oversized dining area and stunning views. The main house features 3 king bedrooms with ensuite baths, plus an additional half bath.
The guest house is easily accessible from the main house and is connected by a covered walkway. The guest house is spacious and comfortable with 3 king bedrooms, all with ensuite baths plus an additional half bath, a large living room and generous kitchenette.
This is the perfect vacation home to soak up the sun and sand and rejuvenate your soul! Please note, it is not unusal for Coco Plum Beach to have an abundance of sea grass on the beach in the warmer months. The beach is raked daily.

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.
All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Our family of 14 had the most wonderful time at this beautiful place. There was plenty of room to spread out and so very nicely appointed. It was a plus to have the pool heated and view was gorgeous. I highly recommend this vacation home.

This is a fabulous house! It is everything the listing described. We had 4 couples each with teenage children down for spring break. The house perfectly suited our needs. The view is beautiful, and the landscaping gives the house lots of privacy from the neighbors. The beach is right out front and was raked clean every morning. The dock is great for convenience but the winds need to be suitable to keep a boat on it. I kept my boat at the Key Colony Marina around the corner when the winds picked up but did manage to keep it out there a couple of nights tied between the pilings. The kitchen was well equipped and the house even has a Blackstone outdoor griddle as well as a nice gas grill. This house has a very large feel to it which allowed for us to all have plenty of space. We would Definately rent this house again.

Large Family in Marathon!
Incredible…. Awesome house with lots of room and the best location!We had 2 families with 9 kids ranging from 7-15 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and basketball/pickleball multi court were amazing and very unique to this property. The host staff was amazing to deal with as well! We travel to the keys 2-3 times a year from NC and this was the best property we have ever found!

Stunning home and location
The pictures looked amazing on VRBO but was amazed with the property even more when arrived! Beautiful home and private beach. We will absolutely be back. Morning coffee on the deck with sunshine and ocean breezes was amazing. We didn’t discover until the last day that there were fishing poles and beach chairs. The ground level storage room. That would have been the icing on the cake. The bed in the guest suite does need to be replaced. That is the only complaint. Still giving 5 stars!!
