The perfect cozy cottage with game room and 3 queen beds - enjoy everything the CT shore has to offer.

Desirable location allows for walks along the river, down to the marina + restaurants, or over the bridge to the Niantic Boardwalk. Launch your boat or kayak across the street - driveway has space for your trailer! Relax after a beach day in the back yard - fully fenced with grill, picnic table + fire pit!

Quick drives to Harkness Memorial, BI Ferry + Rocky Neck! ~20min to Mystic


The Space:
Cozy renovated cottage, light and bright and bathed in sunshine! Perfect for a family or couple's retreat. Desirable area with great outdoor space. Flat, fenced in back yard allows for privacy while grilling, sitting by the fire pit, playing any of the many provided yard games, or relaxing and enjoying a meal. Walk just minutes to marinas to launch your boat or kayak, go fishing, hop on a charter boat, or dine with a water view.

Enter the home into the open & spacious living room with vaulted ceilings. The smart TV gives you access to all of your preferred streaming apps. Off the living room is a newly added GAME ROOM with 2 arcade machines, board games, and cards. The game room also has a cozy chair that folds out to a small bed. Bedding provided for another sleeping option (kids will love this, adults may wish to stick to one of the 3 queen bed options). Walk through the living room to the fully equipped kitchen with space for 4 to dine. Off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a stall shower.

Spaced out bedrooms allow for some privacy. Fans and white noise machine also provided.

Linens and towels are provided, but we do have a washer/dryer tucked right off the kitchen - a great bonus for those longer stays!

**The shower in the bathroom is a small stall shower. While we consider it *cozy* and it gets the job done, some may decide that this isn't the cottage for them and that is okay!

A Perfect Beach Getaway! We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy renovated cottage! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, inviting, and immaculately clean. The home has been beautifully updated — a perfect blend of modern comfort and beachy charm.The game room was such a fun bonus for relaxing in the evenings, and the WiFi and thermostats in every room worked flawlessly throughout our stay. The cottage had everything we needed — a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.The location couldn’t have been better — just a few minutes from the beach and boardwalk, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We loved being able to walk or take a short drive to local restaurants and shops.Erin, the host were wonderful — friendly, responsive, and clearly take great pride in keeping the property in top shape. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back for another stay!

This little home was just perfect for our weekend stay. Close to many areas like Mystic but away from the hustle and bustle. This home was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Communization with the host was very easy, and she responded quickly when I messaged. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved our stay. The house was in the perfect location, in a quiet neighborhood. We were worried about being near a busy road, but with the fenced in back yard it was not bad at all! We loved the central location and looked walking on the local boardwalk (most every night after our daily adventures in Mystic). The host was great, super responsive and was just overall great to work about our dog joining our trip!

The cozy cottage was great and just what we needed for a quick getaway! Check in & out was easy; everything was perfectly clean. The only suggestion is maybe having suggestions for restaurants/beaches/things to do nearby would be really helpful! Erin’s house was clean, organized, and cozy. This small house met our needs for a long weekend getaway. She provided amenities well beyond what was expected- fluffy bath towels, soft sheets, fast WiFi, powerful AC units, and basic bath products. Her home is a short drive to a number of state parks for daily beach trips and within walking distance to a couple of decent restaurants. Erin quickly responded to messages and provided clear instructions on access the house for check-in. Great experience overall!

The property was amazing. The house was very clean and the game room was really fun. It was a very cute place and the backyard was perfect for sitting outside in the afternoon. The beds were really soft and comfortable as well.

It was a lovely home, just a bit busy street close to house front with loud cars and motorcycles. But Erin the nice host let me know about the street being busy at times. It was a nice little home and we had a good stay. Would recommend it to friends.

Lovely weekend getaway

My friends and I had a great weekend here. The property is accurately described as listed. It was just enough space for a weekend. There were 3 of us. We used the fold down couch as the 3rd bed which was a good bed. Communication with the host was excellent. The property inside and out was great. We sat outside in the backyard for a while. The walk over the bridge to the Niantic boardwalk wasn’t too long when the weather is good. And we sat outside at Fat Tuna which was within walking distance which was a nice place to grab some drinks and food. Would definitely recommend.
