Everything about this property was exceptional. The kitchen is well equipped with ample seating room for everyone. Kids loved the game room and pool, and everyone loved the proximity to the beach and shops. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Beach House

We stayed here for spring break- 4 families: 7 adults and 10 kids. The house is pristine, felt really huge even with all those people in it. The kitchen is massive with two dish washers, two sinks, ice maker, massive Wolf range. Tons of nice bedrooms and bunk beds for the kids. Pool and hot tub were perfect, and we used them a lot because the ocean was closed for swimming several days due to undercurrent. A super quick walk to the beach and to Seaside (even with toddlers in tow), or you can take the golf cart and ride down there. Check in was easy, the management was very responsive. This house is a gem!

Incredible, beautiful, & functional home that worked great for our group of 24 spanning three generations, ages 3–69. We never felt crowded.The 2nd-floor kitchen/great room was the perfect gathering space and the heart of the home. Huge island with seating for 8, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, ice maker, large refrigerator, and a Wolf range with 6 burners, 2 ovens, and griddle. Well stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, pots, pans, toaster, blender, crockpot, coffee maker, highchair, & vacuum. Large dining table seats 12. Comfortable living room furniture, large TV, GREAT game table, chess table, & a spacious pantry.Also on this floor is a bunk room with two queen-over-queen bunk beds and two nearby bathrooms (one shower, one shower/tub combo). There is also a king bedroom, although its bathroom and closet are located outside the room rather than being ensuite.1st floor. The kids loved the PlayStation, arcade games, & pool. The pool isn't large but worked great. There are 2 king ensuite bedrooms and half bath. The garage had a regular fridge/freezer for more food. The 3rd floor has 3 king ensuite bedrooms plus two queen-over-queen bunkbeds in a common area. Guests in the bunks will need to use a nearby ensuite bathroom.The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and right off 30A. The supplied bikes and a golf cart made getting around much easier.Overall, this home was perfect for our large family gathering, and we would happily stay here again.

Vacation Feedback

Nice property and location but property manager was not familiar with systems in the home, which led to frustration with pool, TVs, and grill. Home was clean but dishes, glasses, cookwear was not. For the price we will definitely not be staying here again or any home run by the ELP management company in the future. Compared to past stays in the area with other companies, they are woefully lacking.
