Everything with our stay was perfect. Mitch went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we had hoped for. The location is a quick walk to everything as well. We went with a large group and it still felt spacious and not tight at all. We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent choice for our family of 10-adults and 10- grandkids. Roomy. Very clean, well-stocked, with a pickleball court and pool, bicycles and a short walk to the beach.

Our stay wasn’t exactly what we had planned due to Hurricane Isaias, but Mitch and his team made the best of a difficult situation.With limited vehicles and fuel, our group wasn’t able to evacuate ahead of the storm. Mitch and his team didn’t hesitate to step in, bringing us supplies, keeping us updated, and regularly checking in to make sure everyone was safe. Their kindness for our group meant a lot, especially given the circumstances. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did.As for the house, it was spacious, and had everything we needed for our group of 13. The amenities, and the location were perfect for enjoying everything 30A has to offer.While the trip didn’t go as expected, we’re thankful for Mitch and his team. It’s one thing to have a great property, but having a great team in place to care about their guests makes all the difference. Looking forward to our next stay in 30A!

We took a girls trip (16 of us) for my 50th birthday Sept 23rd. The house was perfect! It is so spacious and we loved the huge kitchen table and bar stools that held all of us. All of the furniture was so comfy and It stayed really nice and cool! The pickleball court was a lot of fun. The pool/spa were nice! (You do have to pay extra to heat the spa) The location is great! A 10min walk to the beach or Seaside! We would go back in a heartbeat! The only small thing… it would be great if there were more than 6-7 old backpack chairs. I feel like a beautiful house of that size needs new, good chairs and at least 10-12 of them. It was nice to have beach towels available!The house is Amazing and communication was great. I’m so glad that’s the one we settled on!

This house worked great for our family of 18 over Christmas. Plenty of room for all of us. The weather was good for December. The kids loved the pool and spa. Heating the pool a bit pricey.

If I could give the host and the house 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend! Mitch was an awesome host and super responsive. The house was perfect for our group! Beautiful, super clean, and spacious. The pictures don’t do it justice. Great location, short walk to the beach, Seaside, and quick 5 min golf cart ride Publix. Big enough to not feel on top of each other with a huge open floor plan and everything you need for a vacation! Definitely going to rebook again next year!

Nice Spring Break Stay

We had a great time at Mitch's place in Seagrove. The beach access was right down the road but the home was just outside of the hustle and bustle of Seaside. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for Family

The house was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed the large kitchen area for meals and game night. The bedrooms were set up well for everyone to have some of their own space. Wish the upstairs had an additonal bath for the king room not shared with the bunk room but that is minor. Easy access to shopping and the beach.

50th Anniversary Group

Brought the whole family (14) to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. This place totally delivered…great location to beach/town, more than enough space for all of us and plenty to do around the house (pool,pickleball) when we had some downtime. Would absolutely rent again.

Great space for girls trip!

Location and space in this house were fantastic. Loved the kitchen - we had a private chef one night and the set up for that could not have been better. So nice for everyone to have their own bedroom too! Pickleball, spa, walking to lots of cute shops all made for a fun girls trip. Property manager was thorough and communicated well at booking, before check in, during our stay and after check out.

We enjoyed the layout of the house for our group. The bedrooms at each of the four corners of the house gave us some space. Within walking distance of downtown Seaside.

This house was perfect for our group! Fantastic location with a 5-6 minute easy walk to the beach and the Seaside square; very clean and well stocked with everything you need while on vacation; easy communication throughout the booking process and during our stay; and so much to do at the house between pickleball/hot tub/pool/fire pit and board games !!We would love to return
