An excellent stay - great communication with our hosts. The house was amazing, both in layout and decor. Our kids loved the Christmas tree. We had an awesome Thanksgiving and the house was stocked with kitchen/cookware to make our lives so easy. Thank you so much for our stay. We plan on coming back soon!

Despite the weather we had an excellent time! The house was beautiful and there was more than enough room. Everything was so clean and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely to walk. We were close enough to walk over to the beach and watch the waves. The kids loved the pool and despite some rain and wind they spent multiple hours a day and heating; it was worth every penny! Highly recommend!

Great place! We enjoyed just hanging at the house so much! Pool and hot tub are awesome! House was very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, great location- close to beach and stores! Would definitely stay here again!

A week get away from my son and his wife and myself

The house was beautiful, not two days into our stay the downstairs refrigerator broke. We had to carry everything upstairs. There are many stairs in the house so we did not have easy access to the fridge where the pool was. The first day there the dishwasher wheels were broken and cannot be fixed. And then the second night we were there and decided to get into the hot tub. Only half of the jets worked on the hot tub so there was a half of the section of the hot tub that no jets worked. Everything was reported to the property manager and pretty much all she did was apologize and say sorry for the inconvenience. I’ll try to get someone over there. I also think that paying for heating a pool was a ridiculous above and beyond the price of the property. And there was nothing done for our inconveniences of the day .

Don’t hesitate just book!

This was our first time in Outer Banks. We weren’t sure where a good location was. The city itself wasn’t a ran down tourist trap. The house was in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, the beach. It was surrounded by other beautiful homes. You also felt there was privacy due to the trees and landscaping that separated the houses that were close by. The house itself was exactly as pictured. Very spacious and beautiful! It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil or pot/pan you could need to cook. There were 6 of us so we didn’t feel crowded and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The house had a brand new pack and play and brand new beach chairs. The garage had anything you needed to go to the beach! If you are going to the beach I highly suggest the weekly beach pass so you can drive your vehicle and witness the beautiful wild horses! We didn’t take advantage of the clubhouse amenities but we visit the playground by the lighthouse which was a hit with my kids! There was a little mix up at checkout but management quickly took care of it. Overall I would definitely stay here again! 10/10 overall!
