Hi Janet, I am sorry you left 3 stars to this cozy newly renovated house- Your complaints complaints have been addressed: -I checked the racks in the oven: they fit, -there was something that looked like burnt pizza crumbs, I let my cleaning lady know, this is the first time any complaints to the clean status of this house. -About the light: I did not know the bulb was out: a text or call about the light & I would haver had it fixed in real time, I am quick to respond and aim to please every guest. sorry you had no lights on the porch and did not tell me -From what you wrote I understand you felt it was dangerous and I am sorry you felt that way- -About not enough dishes and silverware There are 8 tall glasses, 4 short ones, 4 wine glasses, 5 plastic cups, 4 large plates, 3 serving plates, 4 small plates, 4 glass bowls, 2 plastic bowls, 4 cutlery sets and all the other things to prepare a meal. I will add more silverware, I don't like complaints -just solutions. -Lastly the toilet paper : I provide a back up roll for both bathrooms, there was still TP in both bathroom, when i checked, I am glad you did not run out.
