Très jolie maison de 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain à Apache Junction avec sa propre piscine privée.

Détendez-vous dans la piscine chauffée ou au coin du feu après avoir passé la journée à explorer les lacs locaux, les parcours de golf et les sentiers de randonnée qui se trouvent juste devant votre porte. La piscine peut être chauffée à 85 degrés, de sorte que vous pouvez en profiter à tout moment de l'année.

Si vous avez déjà été à Apache Junction dans le passé, vous comprendrez pourquoi de nombreux visiteurs en hiver reviennent année après année pour profiter du véritable environnement désertique du sud-ouest et de toute sa beauté naturelle.

Family Vacation

Loved the location for what we wanted to do on the east side of Phoenix area. Location to Mesa Gateway, restaurants and some shopping was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool. We didn't eat at the home but appeared to have plenty of kitchen utensils.

Wonderful Place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the patches Junction area. the house was everything we hoped for and needed. Lots of room, Clean, and a beautiful pool and yard. perfect for a family of four. Perfect spot

This was the perfect location to visit our daughter in Apache Junction. Our grandkids could not get enough of the heated pool, and there was a nice patio with plenty of seating for those of us who wanted to watch them from the sidelines. The house was just as pictured and perfectly clean. Communicating with the owner was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend away for my family! They had everything we needed. Pool was warm and kids had a blast. Only suggestion would be to get a smart TV to watch apps and Netflix, etc. We will be back!

Hello, my name is Brian Breu and I was born and raised right here in Arizona where I still live today in East Mesa.
My wife and I have been married for 20 years (as of 2016) and are the parents of 2 great kids.
Our hobbies include going camping in the mountains, traveling down to Rocky Point, Mexico for the weekend, and especially riding our Harley all over this great state I get to call home.
As for as the job thing goes, my wife works in Human Resources and I am a Realtor and a small business owner.

I know you will enjoy the convenience of this vacation home for a number of reasons, mainly that it is located near the US 60 with easy access to explore all the wonderful things Arizona has to offer. One of the most notable things about Arizona is our great weather. The house has a pool with a heater as well as a fire pit that will allow you to enjoy that great weather with your friends and family in a private setting.
