Leave all your troubles behind and venture to this charming Mesa home. Boasting a spacious patio, a sleek interior, and a full kitchen, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental is the perfect warm-weather escape for you and your family. When you’re not grilling up a delicious meal under the sun, or swimming and playing games in the back yard, take a stroll/hike through one of the many nature trais near by. You may also catch a show at the Mesa Amphitheater! Being so Close to Saguaro Lake, river tubing, many golf courses, hiking trails and of course restaurants and shopping, witg its convenient location and impressive outdoor area, this abode is guaranteed to please!

please note: pool and hot tub are serviced every Friday and the yard/grass trimming every other Tuesday.

The house was good, there were a few items that could be better. The hot tub was dirty, looked like sand in the bottom, the pool was similar, very nice looking, buy dirty. There was no tv in the room for the kids, the tv in the master bedroom would turn on, but the remote fpr it would not adjust volume, or get into any of the apps. Overall everything was fine, just minor issues, that we usually dont come across when booking through VRBO.

Location was key to us - close to family in the area. But the property needs some attention. Towel rack in master fell off the first day when we hung up a wet towel. Single bed was uneven. Double bed mattess was very soft and lumpy. Bathroom showers were slippery and we bought bath mats. Soap in the showers would be a good addition. As would additional reading lamps throughout the house.

Location was great. A lot of space overall. Washer and dryer were modern and nice. Hot tub was warm at best. Trash bin was full upon arrival to house. Dishwasher top rack was broke. Lighting inside house is limited in dining room area and master bedrooms. The shower faucets are a rubics cube to turn on and off water. Water inside home was warm and low pressure.

overall the stay was good for us and our kids but it was lacking basic amenities such as paper towels, salt, pepper, dishwasher soap, even though the host asked us to start the dishwasher before we left. We had to go out and buy dishwasher soap, sponges, cleaner to wipe down counters. There was also already opened toilet paper rolls just thrown underneath the bathroom sink. The master bathroom had ants on the counter and mold on the shower liner and handprints on the doors. Overall, the house was fine, but could use better cleaning and basic amenities stocked.

This rental home is in an excellent neighborhood! Centrally located near an abundance of shopping centers. Unfortunately, we didn't get to utilize the pool and hot tub due to the Arizona weather. However, they were in pristine condition. You will not regret booking this rental.

The house is great in a quiet neighborhood that is close to so many things. The pool and hot tub are clean and well taken care of! Great for families!

Great for a Summer Getaway!

The house has plenty of space to relax and the bedrooms were really nice. Everything was clean and organized upon arrival. The pool was the highlight for us. It was large and clean with plenty of toys and floaties available!

Phenomenal!

It was like the host/house knew what we needed more than even us. It was truly a fantastic stay! Completely perfect for our family and needs. The whole experience from the beginning to end was smooth and easy. We had my older parents who appreciated the space in the master bedroom, and then our family with kids from 4-9 years old. Toys were a huge hit with my four year old, bball arcade game was a massive hit with my boys, and the pool/hot tub combo kept everyone entertained. We stayed at the pool from 8am-8pm one of our days...never even left the house because we were having so much fun at the house! Life jackets for every age range, pool toys, yard toys...there was green grass(!!!), even extra sunscreen. I can't recommend this place enough. We all kept gushing about how perfect this house was for our family. Neighborhood was great and quiet. Enjoyed walking it in the morning to get out a bit. Love, love, love! If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much for thinking through all the details and needs of a family traveling. Made our trip a fantastic experience!

Great family getaway

My family of 3 and our best friends family of 3 stayed at this awesome house! We spent most of our time on our spring break vacation at the house. It was our own little resort! We had a great time and the host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely book again.

Great place to stay

We were in town for a soccer tournament, we had 2 kids and 4 adults and this place had plenty of space for all of us. It is located in nice quiet neighborhood close to a grocery store and loads of restaurants.

Perfect spot for a family!

Beautiful home, responsive host, & very kid-friendly. There were toys, a high chair, pack and play, and plenty of room for our family of 6, my parents, and my sister. The only con was the pool not being heated, but the patio was perfect for sitting out in the sun to read and relax.

The house was wonderful. Big and roomy. Very nice, pool had a lot toys. Bathrooms were large. Would have liked more lights on pool patio for in the evening. Pool was cool, would have been nice to have it warmer. But overall was very nice and would rent it again.

Great place good price!

We had a nice stay here. Other than a few glitches all went well. We did not have to contact the owner for anything. We did have to buy a few remote batteries, trash bags and paper towels. For the price though it was well worth it. It has a large pool & hot tub. Miscellaneous indoor and outdoor games. All the TVs worked. There is an orange tree in the backyard and a lemon tree in the front yard. It's nice and private. Everything was clean other than maybe a little cobweb dusting here and there. Overall I would recommend staying here and it's possible we will be back. Thank you.

Do Not Book- Claiming we Broke Things

I originally was not going to rate this place because I do not like leaving bad reviews. I don’t think one bad experience should alter others opinions. We originally booked this place for a short vacation to see family and friends. Unfortunately, we were hit with the passing of our stepfather shortly before this trip began. Divine intervention if you will, that the services would happen while we were there. We did not spend much time in our place as we were at our mothers and family members mostly. Shortly, after our return home, the owner placed a claim for a broken front window. I always purchase insurance just in case, but not once have we ever had to use it. We treat these homes better than our own and I truly believe that this owner used our stay and insurance to fix things that we did not do. The house needs a lot of updating. The pictures are misleading. Ceiling fans and air grates were covered in dust. The tree in the front yard was dead and the flower beds were covered in weeds. The owner opened the garage while we were there. I thought someone was breaking in. I also felt like he was being shady by leaving a note to contact him directly for future stays. We love booking with VRBO, and do it often because it allows plenty of room for our family to stay. We have stayed in several multiple times with no issues, but this one is not on our list to stay again.

It's s very quite peaceful neighborhood close to tons of shopping, restaurants, hiking trails and other activities. Fats cats is great for everyone, definitely Google it and check out. Bowling, arcade, food and movie theater all on one!
