Everything was great! The hot tub and pool make sure a great relaxing spot and the house had all the kitchen amenities to make multiple meals at home.

This is an older home that’s been partially updated. It was a comfortable stay. Kitchen is minimally stocked for the chefs out there. Host was very responsive. I would recommended a deep clean on the house.

The house is great in a quiet neighborhood that is close to so many things. The pool and hot tub are clean and well taken care of! Great for families!

Jason was very accommodating. He had to fix things and supply things at our request. He replied to all of our questions immediately. He was also ready to listen to suggestions about improvements for his future guests. We loved the house design and the backyard was delightful.

This rental home is in an excellent neighborhood! Centrally located near an abundance of shopping centers. Unfortunately, we didn't get to utilize the pool and hot tub due to the Arizona weather. However, they were in pristine condition. You will not regret booking this rental.

Overall this is a nice unit but could be better with some attention. The unit could use a fresh coat of paint on the inside. Lighting could be better in the master bedroom. Coffee pot lid is broken. The pool is really nice but very cold. There appears to be a pool heater but I was told it's an unheated pool. We chose this one because of the pool but might not have if I noticed it was unheated. If the heater works possibly offering an up charge to use it for the week would be a good option. The hottub water was yellow and there was sand in the bottom. It was serviced twice while we were there and it didn't change. We didn't use it. Overall this was a nice unit but could be better if it had some attention given to it.

Thank you for your review, the cleaners should have definitely let me know about the broken lid so I could get that replaced for you. I will also speak with my pool and spa service company as those are usually in pristine condition so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have been.

Great for a Summer Getaway!

The house has plenty of space to relax and the bedrooms were really nice. Everything was clean and organized upon arrival. The pool was the highlight for us. It was large and clean with plenty of toys and floaties available!

The house was good, there were a few items that could be better. The hot tub was dirty, looked like sand in the bottom, the pool was similar, very nice looking, buy dirty. There was no tv in the room for the kids, the tv in the master bedroom would turn on, but the remote fpr it would not adjust volume, or get into any of the apps. Overall everything was fine, just minor issues, that we usually dont come across when booking through VRBO.

I am sorry about the small amounts of sand, it comes from people getting in and out we try to stay on top of it with the pool company! I will look into why the remote may not be working and replace if necessary. I wish you would have let me know when you were there as I would have loved to fix these things for you, however thanks for your review so I may do it now.

Great place to stay

We were in town for a soccer tournament, we had 2 kids and 4 adults and this place had plenty of space for all of us. It is located in nice quiet neighborhood close to a grocery store and loads of restaurants.

Location was key to us - close to family in the area. But the property needs some attention. Towel rack in master fell off the first day when we hung up a wet towel. Single bed was uneven. Double bed mattess was very soft and lumpy. Bathroom showers were slippery and we bought bath mats. Soap in the showers would be a good addition. As would additional reading lamps throughout the house.

Great family getaway

My family of 3 and our best friends family of 3 stayed at this awesome house! We spent most of our time on our spring break vacation at the house. It was our own little resort! We had a great time and the host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely book again.

The house was clean beds kinda hard,. Wish the pool was heated it looked wonderful.

I am sorry we dont have a heated pool in the winter. We would have to significantly raise our rates because the pool is so large and would cost a lot if we did heat it. The summer is peefect for pool fun!

Location was great. A lot of space overall. Washer and dryer were modern and nice. Hot tub was warm at best. Trash bin was full upon arrival to house. Dishwasher top rack was broke. Lighting inside house is limited in dining room area and master bedrooms. The shower faucets are a rubics cube to turn on and off water. Water inside home was warm and low pressure.

Wonderful relaxing oasis

Nice option for couples and families
