Overall Great Stay

Unit is newly remodeled and very clean. Had a little trouble with the yale at first, host responded immediately and we were in! Great location. Neighbors in the Tim MCraw room were just a little noisy, however we slept well. Beds were comfy. Would stay again.

Sister Celebration

The property was good overall. Tight quarters in the bathroom and the main bedroom with the large bench in the room. The host was great with supplying the details needed for check in and location.

Girls trip

The room was really cute. It was decorated really nice and had everything we needed. Beware of parking- they tell you to park on the back street behind the building. My friend’s car had her back window knocked out by someone.

Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad you loved the room and found it well-equipped and nicely decorated. We're truly sorry to hear about your friend's car—that's definitely upsetting. While incidents like that are rare in the area, we understand how frustrating it must have been. We'll review our parking instructions and explore ways to help guests feel more secure. Thank you again for staying with us!

The AC was not working and it was 80 degrees in the house. They initially offered a compensation but after checkout they stopped responding to my emails. Otherwise, it was a clean place and a good location. Just needs better management

The linen and the bathroom towels were not cleaned before our arrival. The heat did not work. The oven did not work. Also, electrical issues, lights flickered in all rooms. Worst experience ever.

Great location for the event we attended. The rental smelled like cigarette smoke and now all the clothes in my suitcase do as well. Beds and couch were comfortable though. Found a previous person’s pizza crumbs after I sat on them in the living area. Dishes were not clean (kitchen scissors covered in pizza sauce). Breakfast bar seating literally fell apart when we tried to use it. Not flexible with check in or check out despite requests due to some changes in our travel schedule. Hot water inconsistent in shower (half the showers ended up being cold).

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear the location worked well for your event and that you found the beds and couch comfortable. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness and maintenance issues you encountered — that's not the standard we strive for, and we’re addressing these items with our cleaning and maintenance teams immediately. We're also sorry to hear that our check-in/out flexibility didn't meet your needs this time. Your input is invaluable and will help us improve the experience for future guests. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.
