Profitez de prÚs d'un acre de bord de lac intimité magnifiquement ombragée. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour jouer sur prÚs d'un acre de propriété privée au bord de l'eau. Ce bijou n'a qu'un voisin d'un cÎté et regarde à travers la Mme Moss Land Trust avec 3 miles de terrain vierge non bùti. La maison a une orientation parfaite sans soleil d'ouest. Détendez-vous sur un porche spacieux et des terrasses qui attirent les brises d'été dominantes. La maison est d'environ 4000 pieds carrés qui a été récemment rénovée, peinte et avec de nouveaux meubles et comprend une suite privée cÎté piscine. La maison pourra accueillir généreusement jusqu'à 24 personnes. L'emplacement est pratique pour vivre au bord du lac. Vous serez à moins d'un mile de la rampe de mise à l'eau publique, des pompes à essence au bord du lac, du magasin d'appùts vivants, du HEB et de la cuisine locale.


ActivitĂ©s aquatiques: SituĂ© sur le lac LBJ qui est un lac Ă  niveau constant. Profitez de la pĂȘche et du kayak. L'eau libre est parfaite pour le ski nautique, les tubes et autres activitĂ©s nautiques amusantes. Il y a une rampe de mise Ă  l'eau idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  quelques portes pour une somme modique.

Excellent property for our 3 families (17 total). The kids loved the sand pit. Pool and boat lift were all great. The ice machine was a huge plus!

This was such a great place to rent for our family trip! Nicki was so helpful with any questions we had beforehand and even made sure extra small appliances were on hand when we got there. We contacted Greg while we were there and he quickly responded to any questions. There were plentiful spices for meals, an ice machine which is tremendous, and 2 full size refrigerators which made everything so easy for our big group. We had 3 generations from 3 mos. up to 74. There were 16 of us and 2 of the family pups. The home was very clean and spacious for all of us. We had family dinners around the big dining table, played games, and enjoyed the swimming pool and large spa. The wifi was fine for people that had to check in for work. There was plenty of outside seating for relaxing. There seemed to be always a breeze and shade for us. We rented a boat nearby and used the dock for picking up people and fishing. We would definitely rent this again!

Great house. The owners laid out a really thoughtful home with great amenities. We had 5 couples and 2 children and had plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed are stay. The portion of the lake is busy so keep that in mind.

Cousin Reunion May 2025

We had our yearly family reunion here. We have 10 kids under 12 yrs. It was a wonderful place for young kids to play. They had the pool, sandbox, fishing and tubing from our boat. When the adults needed a break, the game room kept them entertained. We did not have babies or toddlers. The house met all our needs. It was well stocked in the kitchen and all restrooms. Better stocked than I’ve seen at other houses. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us!.

Amazing property!

This location has it all! My golfing buddies and I (6) had such a great time. The accommodations are amazing, and between the pool, gameroom, and amazing access to the river, our group was easily able to take our boat out in the evening with a great central location. We look forward to coming back soon!

Awesome times here

Some of my friends and I stayed here for our Fraternity Formal in Austin. This house, the owners, and the lake were exactly what we needed and did not disappoint at all. Everyone who stayed at the house was complimenting the pool, beds, the view, kayaks, and game room. Awesome time and 100 percent worth the drive!!

Owner showed up multiple times unannounced

We had a great time at this property, which was nice. However, the homeowner, Greg, was unprofessional. Having a larger group coming from all over the state, we had as many vehicles as people. The owner walked into the backyard of the property unannounced to count the amount of people we had. He had made assumptions that we were breaking his strict rules and policies. We did have good communication with the property manager, Nicki, before the trip.

Wonderful relaxing stay for a large group and children

This is our fifth stay at Summer Breeze. The house is older but comfortable, very well maintained and very clean. There have been some updates such as new countertops and new dishwasher and oven. The kids love the game room and can occupy themselves with foosball, ping pong, air hockey and a large TV. The outdoor space has a beautiful swimming pool and huge built-in hot tub. There’s plenty of room to relax with outdoor chairs and a covered porch with tables for eating and games. The boat launch was rebuilt and kayaks and a canoe are provided along with life jackets as well as some fishing rods. There’s a commercial ice machine and 3 washers and dryers. The management is responsive, helpful and does an excellent job to accommodate special requests. Our family always looks forward to our stay. We enjoy the relaxing laid back atmosphere at the house and already have plans to return.

Perfect for Large Group

This house had everything we needed to host friends and family for a getaway weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone and the game room area was a big hit. Very peaceful and relaxing location on the lake! Would definitely stay here again.

9 friends that have known each other since grade school get together once a year. We chose this property & were happy we did. The 2 minor issues we had were dealt with immediately & did not impact our stay. Would highly recommend.

Worth consideration of a tradition

Perfect for our extended family gathering!

This property is absolutely perfect for our extended family's annual gathering....ages 5 to 75! This is our 8th year to stay here (I think!) and we always appreciate the improvements the owners make. Property is well taken care of!
