We stayed here for a week. The house has plenty of space. We had 10 adults and a baby with room to spare. We had a few issues with the house the first day we arrived but all was fixed the next day. Nothing terribly wrong, minor inconveniences. I would stay there again!

Set up of house is amazing, love that there are 4 king size beds! The pool is small, but perfect for young kids to enjoy. It would be nice to have a set of beach towels for the pool, and more blankets to cozy up with. Management is responsive within a few hours. The pool heating was not working and after some back and forth with management, we only got half of the refund. Overall it was a great space for a few families to get together for a few days.

Family reunion ( in several houses)

Loved this house. Owner very gracious! Great value for the money! Great layout entire home. So spacious! Very nice bunk room. Bedrooms need luggage valet stands though. Nice backyard area. Pool very nice, but smaller than appears in photo on line.

We loved the house. The pool is tiny but it worked well for our grandchildren who are 7 & under. We bought a pop up canopy and angled it over the pool corner for afternoon shade and it worked well. I appreciated all the cleaning supplies, storage containers for left overs & plentiful dishware. The second refrigerator in the garage was awesome too. The beds were comfortable and the decor was tasteful and elegant. There are pool towels - we didn’t find them until the last day. They are in a closet near the stairs. It was great to have an HEB just 5min away. We toured the Longhorn Caverns on Saturday and it was fun and fascinating (could have worn shorts because it wasn’t as cold as we thought it would be in the caves in July). The house looked neat and clean on our arrival. I appreciated the vacuum cleaner plugged in and ready for use. I rated cleanliness as a 4 and not 5 because the floors left our bare feet black which caused concern with young kids and a white couch. And the yard had a lot of dog poop and we did not have any pets with us. I notified the host and just kept the kids out of the grass. The house could benefit from a washable rug at the back door. All-in-all, we enjoyed the house and would return.

LOVED the house & gated neighborhood!!! Perfect place for our autistic 8 year old grandson to ride his scooter while the rest of us enjoyed pickle ball. However, the house lacked ceiling fans in the LR & BR's so we had to bring our own fans. It rained the first night and because the ground was saturated & the backyard was not designed properly, muddy water flooded the pool & patio. Had to use the pool next door which was terribly inconvenient. Since we couldn't get in the lake due to recent flooding, the pool was critically important. However, management was very responsive and reasonable in addressing our concerns!

house was clean, pool was clean, GREAT communication with any questions I had during the actual stay. private neighborhood. all my party agreed this rental was worth a repeat stay down the line.
