The Nicolet State Recreational Trail runs directly behind this property giving you access to all the Oconto County Snowmobile and ATV trails. In the winter, visit the Paul Bunyan Riders Snowmobile Club to get a map and plan your adventure.

The main level includes a full kitchen, 2-large bedrooms and a full bathroom. It also includes a living room with a beautiful fieldstone gas fireplace and raised hearth. The lower level includes a full bathroom with walk-in shower and family room with a Smart TV. The basement also has bedroom 3 with a queen bed, Smart TV, two closets, and mirror/makeup area, along with office desk with printer. The bonus sleeping area is in the basement living room. It has one queen bed and two twin beds as well as a couch, lounger, and TV. Outside, you will find a fire pit and both a front and back deck/porch. There is also propane grill in a small fenced in area of the yard.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Important Property Notes:
This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

Property is equipped with a decibel and smoking monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.

There are two cameras on the property. One facing the parking area and one facing the back porch for security when vacant.
