Vacation at Its Finest presents "Plantation Paradise."

This beautiful three-story home, located in the gated community of Cypress Breeze Plantation, offers TWO complimentary six-person golf carts, seven bikes (including one tandem), beach chairs, a large outdoor living/grilling area, and much more! The home is conveniently situated near a 13,000-square-foot community resort-style pool and just half a mile from the beach.

On the ground floor, you will find the main entrance foyer and a spacious bunk room featuring three full-size bunk beds, a large sectional sofa with plenty of seating, a Sony PlayStation with games, two large storage closets, a full bathroom, and ample entertainment space.

The second level features the main entertainment and living areas, including a kitchen, living room, dining area, desk/workstation, sitting area, plenty of storage, a laundry room, and a guest half bathroom.

The master suite is located on the third level and includes a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Also on the third floor are two large guest bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and twin day bed featuring a trundle. There is a full bathroom in the hallway, and all bedrooms throughout the house are equipped with smart TVs.

The beach is just a short four-minute golf cart ride away. Once outside the gated neighborhood, you will find a convenient and safe walking path alongside the roadway leading to the beach. In just half a mile, you'll reach the Gulf Place Beach access, which has restrooms and lifeguards on duty during peak season. Gulf Place also offers a variety of shopping and dining options.

NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.

*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges

We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.

**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan that covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.

**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification. This property includes a golf cart; guests must also sign a Golf Cart Addendum. The minimum age to operate the golf cart is 21, and a valid driver’s license is required. No exceptions.
