The open floor plan includes full size kitchen and living room area. You'll have the entire unit all to yourself.

The condo is in a secure building requiring a building fob at the lobby entrance and has a keyless entry on the loft front door that is changed after each guest.
Lost or unreturned Fob will incur a $100.00 replacement fee.
To meet the strict requirements imposed by the building Home Owners Association, we have added a video doorbell for compliance of noise and potential mis-use of the building and condo.
