This property was absolutely amazing! Everything we could need and more in a lovely location. Safe, beautiful and huge yard for the kids and dogs. Walk to the beach was wonderful.

The property had a wonderful location with an easy 15 minute walk down to the beach and an area of tidepools. We loved using the amenities to have a BBQ, take a dip in the hot tub, and relax by the firepit. The house was exceptionally clean and well cared for, with all the small kitchen appliances we could have needed. The hosts were communicative and welcoming. Overall it made for a great family vacation, would 100% recommend.

This property was absolutely incredible. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided. Very clean and new. Very dog friendly, 2 dog doors with a completely fenced in yard. Hot tub was clean and hot, outdoor shower is very convenient. Fire pit was great. We didn’t use the BBQ’s, but it is a perfect place to BBQ. We used the beach cruisers to ride down to the ocean, using the side access gate. The sound of the frogs from the pond on the property was so peaceful. Beds are comfortable. The game room with ping pong, darts and pool table added hours of fun to our trip. It was a little too wet outside to set up corn hole, we look forward to using it on our next stay in the dryer season.

Amazing Fort Bragg getaway

My wife and family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place is immaculate and made for such a cozy week. We enjoyed the grill, the hot tub, and the amazing hikes near the ocean. Thank you so much!

The Sea Ranch home was absolutely amazing. Extremely well stocked kitchen with all the bells and whistles for cooking a delicious home cooked meal. Beds were comfortable and nice pillows. Very clean home and organized. All the games were a hit for my group of a mom’s weekend getaway. The home was located just north of Fort Bragg, very quick easy 5-7 minute drive into town. Hot tub was clean and worked great. We will definitely be going back!

Beautiful property with amazing beach access, space, and amenities. I’d absolutely recommend it for a family vacation or quiet getaway. However, I would strongly caution anyone considering it for an event.Before booking, we fully disclosed our wedding reception, guest count, dinner, drinks, and paid the required event cleaning fee. Everything was approved.At 10:15 p.m., after quiet hours began, the host called about the noise. I fully acknowledge we were too loud, immediately apologized, and offered to move everyone inside and quiet down. Instead, the host repeatedly used profanity, said she didn’t care that it was our wedding, demanded everyone leave within 30 minutes, and falsely claimed we had 40 guests and overnight visitors. We had the exact approved guest count, and I even offered to verify it using the property’s Ring camera. I tried to resolve things amicably, but the host refused to de-escalate.Because our reception was forced to end early, we requested a refund of the event cleaning fee since we were unable to host the event we paid for. We also left the home spotless, with video documentation. Vrbo attempted to resolve the issue, but the host hung up on them twice. Vrbo requested the event cleaning fee be refunded, but she refused.I accept responsibility for the noise. What should have been one of the happiest days of our lives ended in stress and tears because of how my husband and I were treated. Beautiful home, but I would not recommend it for events.

We do not allow wedding receptions at our property as we are very respectful of our neighbors. Unfortunately, Maia has even written untrue statements in her review, which reflects the experience we had with her. This guest asked to have a quiet dinner party, which was clearly not the intentions of her at all. We started receiving phone calls/text messages from neighbors (a total of 6) on how extremely loud the music/guests were. Upon calling and trying to explain this to a clearly intoxicated guest with people in the background yelling & cussing at me, we asked the the additional guests beyond the 8 that were on the Rental Agreement to please leave within 30 minutes. We feel that this was completely acceptable since all there was supposed to be was a quiet dinner party. We never claimed there was 40 guests/overnight visitors only that there were more people than what was agreed upon for the dinner as we could clearly see in our Ring camera, The fee was not for event cleaning, the additional fee was for the extra guests and wear and tear on our home for the dinner party. We ended up having to get the carpets steam cleaned at both entries due to all the extra foot traffic and the guests not following the House Rules. VRBO was involved, via e-mail only, no phone calls were ever made. We provided correspondence to them about what was supposed to be a dinner party, texts from neighbors, & pictures from the houscleaners, VRBO sided with us about not refunding the fee,

Bright and Inviting Home

This house was perfect for our family. The pictures don't really do it justice, it is much bigger than we were expecting! The house was immaculate, very bright with lots of windows and skylights and it was very well stocked with practically everything we needed. I personally loved that there was a cozy blanket almost everywhere you turned. The game room was so much fun and we also discovered a fun array of board games with a few that were perfect for our five year old to enjoy! We all loved the giant enclosed yard where we could play and explore for hours outside. It also is located close to downtown Fort Bragg but far enough out to feel very private and nestled in nature. Having the fire pit and hot tub was also a huge plus. All in all this was a fantastic rental home and we definitely recommend it!

This is one of those places that delivers on it promises. Everything was exactly as pictured. No detail was overlooked from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy and comfortable beds. Our 2 dogs loved the fully fenced amazing yard. It was so peaceful and quiet, just outside of town. The easy access to the coastal trail was perfect for daily bike rides. Our teenagers loved the game room. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again. Check in was a breeze and the host was easy to communicate with.
