ESCAPE to the Gulf Coast in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit
condo. Space is not a problem in this 2,300 SQ. FT unit which also boasts
picture perfect sunsets from the third floor (West corner.) The stylish coastal
décor will immerse you and yours into living the coastal dream while on
vacation. No doubt that one may feel nostalgic while staying in one of Orange
Beach’s finest resorts. Built in 2007, the unit reflects modern times with
granite countertops, a well-equipped kitchen, and breakfast bar. Create
lasting family memories while enjoying a meal together at the unit’s large 6-
person dining room table in addition to the kitchen table and bar stools.
The master bedroom offers guests 1 King Bed with adjoining bathroom which
provides a Whirlpool Tub and Separate Shower, as well as his/her sinks.
Bedroom 2 offers 2 Full Bunk Beds while Bedroom 3 offers an additional King
size bed. No fighting over the remote! This unit offers a TV/DVD combo in each
bedroom. The Guest Bathroom is located between bedroom 2 and 3. It offers
guests a Tub/Shower Combo with 1 Vanity Sink. Enjoy each other’s company in the living area’s Sectional Sofa and Large Flat
Screen Entertainment Center. Gulf views are accessible through the living area’s balcony.
Leaving this unit will not be easy; however, guests will not be disappointed
while strolling on the complex’s boardwalk. Guest’s will enjoy our white sand
beaches upon reaching the walks destination. Choose to stay fit while
vacationing in the condo’s fitness center. The complex offers guests 2 pools (1
indoor) with waterfalls, sauna, steam room, gazebo, hot tub, outdoor
fireplace, and stainless-steel grills. The littles are not left out either. The
complex provides countless play hours in the kiddie splash pool. The
memories are endless in the provided amenities at this unit.
The complex also offers covered parking and easy access to the condo from the parking deck at $50 PER CAR PER STAY WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR VRBO PRICE. THIS CAN BE PAID ON ARRIVAL AT THE 3RD FLOOR FRONT DESK BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. Just a short walk or drive from the unit, you will find a vast
variety of shopping, mini-golfing, water parks, fine dining, and so much more.

This is the second time staying in this unit and it was amazing just like the last time. The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The beds are all very comfortable. The owners have a closet full of beach and pool toys that are available for use which is very considerate of them. The condo is well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. We were all very comfortable in the condo. It is so spacious! I could go on and on about how wonderful it is, but I think you get the point. Also, the owner was very kind and checked in with us upon arrival and checked in with us upon departure as well. I feel like we have a very picky crowd, so for no one to have any complaints says a lot. We plan to come back to this exact unit each summer because it’s that good! You won’t be disappointed!

This condo was top notch! Absolutely beautiful in every way. Plenty of room and had everything you could need while on vacation. The host was extremely nice, responsive, and over all a delight to deal with. This was my 7th year in a row staying in OB and this was by far the best condo/experience.

We had a fantastic trip! We made memories that will last a lifetime. This room was much bigger than it looked in the pictures. It was very clean, stock with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and amazing. We would definitely staff here again.

Location, size and cleanliness

So much space! This place was more than enough room for our family of 6. Everyone had their own space and we felt right at home with all the amenities provided. Perfect location.! Everything you could want to do or eat is within 5 or 10 minutes. Most importantly was the space was very clean and communication was excellent! We will definitely be booking again next year

Excellent condo! Super clean and comfortable. Hosts were very thoughtful and generous with providing items for us to use for cleaning/washing dishes and clothing for the stay. Location is perfect!! Very spacious with the best ocean views. We literally have no complaints. Everything was in working order and clean.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Spent a week here with my husband, our son and my elderly parents. We all loved it! The condo has plenty of space to spread out and be together or have some privacy. The check-in procedure was simple and everything was clean and well stocked. We especially loved the amenities at this condo, the short walk to the beach and proximity to all of the conveniences in Orange Beach. We hope to stay here many times in the future!

Family Gathering

I had family from the area come at different times and the weather, view, accommodations were amazing. The office was very helpful and the Owner was as well. It went without a flaw and the space was beautiful. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

This place is awesome! Enjoyed nearly two weeks with family in this unit. Property is well-maintained. Staff seems to be always cleaning & keep the place in great condition. The unit itself is clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for the kids. Owner was super responsive and went out of his way to make sure was perfect. Unit was well-stocked with dishes, utensils and supplies. Lots of beach and water supplies. Enjoyed every moment.

Amazing Orange Beach Vacation

This condo was hands-down the best we have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in we were so happy with our choice. The decor is very well done. The kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils, tools, and dishes that you would need. The bedrooms are large and comfortable - even the room with the full-size bunks (which fit our 6’4” son). We loved the view overlooking The Gulf and spent every morning drinking coffee, watching the sunrise, and listening to the waves. The property manager was extremely responsive and made our stay even better.The location and amenities were wonderful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

FULLY ENJOYED OUR STAY!!!

This condo is absolutely stunning!! Prime location with beautiful ocean view! Spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with all you need for the perfect beach vacation! We stayed 5 days with our two teens and two of their friends. Owners were responsive and incredibly accommodating! Highly recommend!! 10/10!! We will definitely be back!

Great Condo!

This place was SUPER spacious inside and well designed. It had everything we needed. The amenities at Escapes were great! We utilized the heated indoor pool repeatedly. The owners were incredibly easy to work with and very attentive.
