Incredible stay! Me and my girlfriend had a wonder weekend in the heart of Dallas, deep ellum area. Quick replies, very detailed designing and instructions to get into and out of the property were crystal clear! 10/10 booking again.

Great place for a night out

We loved our stay! Kent’s place was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked with all the little amenities that many other VRBOs often miss. We stayed for one night after a concert and were thrilled to find it just steps away from The Bomb Factory and plenty of great restaurants. Kent provided clear directions, safe parking, and excellent communication throughout. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Confusing Check in Door Code Issues.

Yiks, property was not ready on time which resulted in my wife and I having to pay for parking. Parking was very confusing and codes to access room and building where located in very hard to find PDF. Also on top of that our Room Code stopped working Saturday night so we were unbale to access our room and had to purchase a hotel room for the night. Then next morning the code miraculously worked after all my sent communications. I assume the wrong dates were listed or something as we tried numerous times and even had the on-site security guard attempt but nothing worked. Listing was in a great location but the door code issues lead to a terrible experience and would advise future stayers to ensure they have a backup plan.

Loved the space. Very clean and nice. The location was perfect and was walking distance from all the night life. Also love the parking situation. We didn’t have to worry about our vehicle while we were out. Would definitely stay at again.

This property was beautiful and so well fitted, everything you could need is right there. The location was great - easy walks to restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommend!

A lovely place with lots of extras

We enjoyed the relaxing, artistic space and the home was stocked with everything needed for our weekend stay. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. Loved the free parking once we figured out how to get to it. We needed better communication about that. Check in first and get the parking pass from inside the apartment. Note: You can't use elevators in the building's main parking garage.
