With 4 bathrooms featuring large showers, guests can unwind in comfort. The master bedroom also has a large soaking tub with a large closet. Den, sunroom, kitchen, garage, laundry, Master and queen/twin bedroom are all on main level with no stairs. Enjoy the convenience of amenities including a laundry room with a full-sized washing machine and dryer, 7 flat-screen, smart tvs and free WiFi.
The kitchen has all the amenities needed for preparing gourmet meals and an eat in island with seating for 4.

There is a large garage for parking on the front side of the home with an additional refrigerator and a huge circular driveway for parking in front of the home as well as in back of the home. The lot gently slopes down to the lake: no steps to climb to access dock or decks.
The boathouse decks have ample seating with a double-sided dock that may be used for docking boats and swimming if desired. The inside of the boathouse is not accessible for guests to use nor are the boats or jet skis on site.
