The Plain Jane is a fully furnished, single level home, with an enclosed garage and private boathouse. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths The enclosed boathouse and dock have deep water all year with bass, bream and catfish.
This newly decorated lake themed home has a master bedroom with a new comfortable king size bed, on suite full bathroom and view of the lake, the other two bedrooms are furnished with a new comfortable queen size bed in each and share an adjoining full bathroom. In addition, a single rollaway bed is also available. The large great room has comfortable couches, an oversize chair with hide away single bed, a 75 inch flat screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a lake view. The eat-in kitchen is well stocked with cookware, serving pieces, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee maker, electric skillet, electric griddle, crock pot, microwave, stove, oven, and toaster. There is amble counter space, dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice maker and an additional full size fridge in attached garage. Laundry room has the half bath, washer and dryer.
