Perched on the 12th floor of the Sanibel building, this beautifully appointed condo comfortably hosts up to 8 guests and is ideally located just across the street from the beach.

Enjoy panoramic views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon from multiple vantage points throughout the condo, including the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and bedrooms. The tile flooring throughout adds a clean, modern feel, and the spacious living room features a large flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
