Completely updated condo with all new furniture overlooking the 8th hole in gated Highland Woods Golf and Country Club. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets from the entire living room and kitchen area as well as the screened in lanai.
The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a king bed with new mattresses and all new bedding and pillows. It has a large flat-screen TV and a small desk.
Eat in Kitchen with all brand new appliances and cookware. It is open concept with the dining room leading into the living room. The living room has a brand new section couch with a 65 inch flat screen TV overlooking the 8th green.
The area is fabulous with many restaurants and shops in under a mile radius. We love that publix and Fresh Market are right here as well as DeRomo's market which has prepared food items.
Bonita Beach is 3 miles away.
Highland Woods is part of an 18 hole golf community which has 7 pools, tennis and pickle ball courts. The membership transfer is an optional add on.
A mandatory application to be submitted to the Home Owners Association.
