The Condo:

Wild Pines offers its guests their own swimming pool, hot tub, pool house, tennis/pickle ball courts and complimentary gas grills just steps outside of the condo - all in an idyllic park-like setting. Elevators take you to the 3rd floor condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeping up to 4.



You will enjoy the vaulted, open living room/dining space with comfortable furnishings, large TV with community provided Hotwire cable programing, and dining table with seating for 4. Large sliding glass doors opening to the fully screened balcony surrounded by trees, and a dining table with seating for 4.



Kitchen with full-sized appliances, stackable washer/dryer, cookware, dinnerware, drip and Keurig-style coffee maker.



Primary suite with king bed, TV with Hotwire cable, direct balcony access through sliding glass doors and ensuite bathroom walk-in shower.



Second bedroom has queen bed



Guest bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower



Linens, bath, pool, and kitchen towels included

Keyless entry with contactless check-in and no keys to keep track of during your stay.

The Community:



Covering over 2,400 lushly landscaped acres, Bonita Bay offers expansive nature preserves, numerous lakes, three waterfront parks, twelve miles of recreational paths and a full-service marina with restaurant.



Bonita Bay’s three waterfront parks - Estero Bay Park, Riverwalk Park and Spring Creek Park offer a variety of activities and experiences including tennis, pickleball, basketball, bocce ball, fitness trails, playgrounds, picnic pavilions and BBQ grills. The kayaks at Spring Creek Park are available on a first come-first serve basis and are reserved at the North gate.



For guests staying 30 days or longer who would like to bring or rent a boat, docking is available on a first come first serve basis. A reservation form must be submitted in advance of check-in. Boat trailers are to be stored or parked off property. Bonita Bay does not provide trailer storage.



Please note, this condo does not include any golf or social memberships. Any Bonita Bay Club amenities such as the Club dining, Lifestyle Center, Spa, Salon, etc. that require membership are not available to guests of this condo.



The Area:



Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Just outside the gates of Bonita Bay you'll find the Promenade, with some of the area's finest dining and during season, a weekly Farmer's Market that you won't want to miss. Beyond that, you are minutes to grocery stores, coffee shops, and some of the locals' favorite shopping, restaurants, bars, shopping and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable.



Just a short distance from Bonita Bay is Florida Gulf Coast University, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva Islands; to the south is the luxurious town of Naples.



Day trips to Miami, the Florida everglades or even the ferry to Key West are must-do's during your stay, as well, if time permits!



This property is approximately 18 miles from RSW (Fort Myers) International Airport and 47 miles from PGD (Punta Gorda Airport.)
