Cocolia Hotel offers twenty-eight eco-friendly bungalows located on the upper part of Mermejita Beach, in the Magic Town of Mazunte. The hotel features two saltwater swimming pools, the Cacao Restaurant, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served with the ocean as a backdrop, and a mezcalerĂa which offers a large assortment of local mezcals and snacks. The hotel was built by hand, blending vernacular architecture and new technologies to preserve and protect the topography of the land and the flora and fauna that cover the hills. Rainwater is collected to prevent erosion and recycled for use in the dry season, and all energy requirements come from solar power. Cocolia is a perfect retreat for nature lovers, adventurers and those seeking reconnection with themselves, their loved ones or nature.We are an adults-only hotel, for guests older than 16 years old. We are LGBT friendly, pet-friendly and offer vegetarian and vegan nutrition options. Stay with us and connect with the transformative power of nature!
