Only 14 minutes from Downtown Raleigh, 12 minutes to Cary, and 20 minutes from Durham. Enjoy everything the Research Triangle has to offer!

You will have exclusive access to the entire property.

You can check yourself in seamlessly with our Schlage Encode smart lock and keypad. (The code will be provided prior to self-check-in.)

Free parking is readily available in our driveway (please do not park in the Cul-de-sac).

To be considerate of our neighbors and to ensure the safety of our guests, we employ Minut noise monitoring (decibel monitor) in the living room common area and a Ring camera (monitoring outdoors only), as no parties or unregistered guests are allowed at The Dogwood Cottage. The MInute noise monitor only tracks decibel levels in the common area of the living room. The Ring camera is placed on the home's exterior to the left of the main entrance door and exclusively monitors the front yard and front door entrance.

You will also be asked to sign a liability waiver after your booking is confirmed. If the waiver is unsigned before check-in, the reservation will act as confirmation and acceptance of the liability waiver.
