Maison de luxe dans un quartier luxueux Ă  Cary / Raleigh

Luxe maison de 7000 pieds carrés sur 2. 5 acres de terrain avec terrain de sport, piscine et un grand espace pour marcher et jouer en plein air approprié pour les familles et plus encore avec les enfants.

Nous sommes heureux de faire profiter les autres familles de cet espace, avec quelques restrictions quant aux zones situées à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des propriétés.

Il y a 3 chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage (1 chambre principale et 2 chambres standard avec un lit queen size dans une chambre et une taille normale dans une) et une chambre avec un lit queen size au sous-sol sont ouvertes aux clients.

Nous sommes proches des restaurants, des épiceries, des cinémas, etc. et à moins de 15 minutes du centre-ville de Raleigh.

Est-ce un quartier trÚs calme et axé sur les familles comme on peut s'y attendre de notre invité.
nous ne serions pas là quand les invités sont là, mais nous pouvons demander à un co-hÎte de venir si besoin est.

Beautiful property! Perfect getaway for the family in a safe neighborhood. The house has everything and you don’t feel you are in NC. The owner was gracious enough to share this amazing work of art and took care of all our needs. We can’t wait to come back again.

Beautiful home with elegant landscaping and a pool that is better than any local resort. The owner was very quick to respond and the house offered all of the comforts of home. This will be our new “go to” when we travel to Raleigh.

Pool and hot tub not open and not communicated until day of visit. House not cleaned before including moldy dishes in dishwasher. Great property and location but disappointing experience.

Perfect place for our stay

The house was in immaculate condition when we arrived. There was plenty of space to spread out and plenty to do indoor when the rains came. When the weather cleared up the pool was the perfect space to get away to. The owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with.

Amazing House

Pictures of the pool do not do it justice. The house is like your own private resort. Great pool, sport court, putting green and deer to watch in the woods visible from huge back windows. Wonderful week with the family.

Awesome pool

We got together with family and it was this perfect. It had everything we needed. The pool was awesome the basketball / hockey court was enjoyed by the kids. The property was clean and the grounds were maintained.

Quick Spring Break Getaway

House was clean and exactly as advertised. Home is big with lots of features, could use better in-home instructions to help navigate but its nothing that couldn't be figured out with some effort. Overall a great experience and home. Highly recommend this property to any type of group looking in the Raleigh- Durham area.

Misleading

First of all an attempt was made by the owner to cancel a reservation made 6 months prior. Had we not filed a complaint with VRBO he may not have honored the reservation. Secondly it was not disclosed until we got there that the refrigerator didn’t work however there was one in the lower level. Lastly he attempted to make us pay for some kind of fancy espresso machine that we never used. Yard is nice but house needs to be managed better.

Family fun!

Wilson’s property is better than the pictures! Our family had a wonderful and relaxing time. The pool is amazing and there are so many additional activities to do with the family. The neighborhood was quiet, and perfectly located close to restaurants and groceries. We were able to keep our pup loose within the fence without concern of him slipping through the bars. Wilson was quick to respond, and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again!

Luxurious stay for son's university graduation

Wilson is extremely professional and provided excellent communication. The home is a treasure to be found amongst other lovely family homes with restrictive HOA guidelines. Therefore, plan to enjoy this resort-style home within the stated guidelines and expectations. Absolutely gorgeous home, exquisitely decorated and amazing amenities to be added during your stay. This place was absolutely amazing. The pool was to die for. The whole house was even better in person. Definitely the best place we have ever stayed and we have rented fancy houses before in other states. But this one was the best. By far. Wilson was the best!

Five star property

Beautiful home and grounds; the pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s like having a resort to yourselves. Fabulous kitchen, lovely pool and grounds, great fitness options. Technical issues (e.g. speaker system for TV volume) perhaps a bit too complex for a vacation rental. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Sent oven mitts when we couldn’t find any and even bought a fitness bike in time for my husband to use it. All in all, we had a peaceful, lovely stay. Many thanks Wilson!

Beautiful property but poorly maintained pool

One of the reasons for this booking was the pool however we did not feel comfortable using the pool. It appeared that the pool has not been serviced in months, sluge on the floor of the pool, no chlorine, and water bugs were actually living in the pool. The same was for the jacuzzi. They were like a pond. When I asked him about the cleaning he simply said it’s pollen. When I asked Wilson to turn on the pool waterfall and filtration system to help me clean the pool he responded that to have those items on was not advertised. Then he begin to talk me about the cost of running and repairing the system. Meaning he was not going to run the waterfall nor bubbles in the pool. However, this function is necessary in every pool to keep it clean and filtered out. The systems then began to come one randomly early morning and at night when no one was using the pool. I enjoyed the house some; but the pool and attempting to vacation locally was a mess. We left a day early.

Escape from the rains of South Florida during online schooling

The property was actually nicer than advertised, and the owner of the property was very communicative about anything we wanted to discuss. The three of us had a wonderful time walking through the neighborhoods there, playing on the sport court and using the spa. Everything was great, and we look forward to visiting this property again sometime. Thank you, Wilson for sharing your wonderful house with us.

Secluded Retreat!

This property was an amazing secluded retreat. We spent the mornings and afternoons by the quiet pool side and the evenings gathered in the beautiful massive kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and the entire house was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The owner, Wilson was easy to reach for any questions or instruction. Since the property limits the number of guests, I’d recommend it for two or three couples for a brief getaway or for a “girlfriends retreat.” Although there was plenty of space for the young children to play, the property was more conducive for the enjoyment of adults. All-in-all, I’d certainly visit again!

Beautiful & Relaxing Home

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood and great for a family stay. Spacious where everyone has their own “space” yet ample gathering area to have meals together, watch tv and activities to do on site. We enjoyed the pool, basketball court and ping pong. The owner is easy to communicate with. Our family enjoyed our time and I definitely recommend this property!
