This Beautiful large home has 4 bedrooms,2 baths, Jacuzzi tub and NEW HOT TUB ! NOTE: The Hot Tub is available for fee of $50.00 .Please inquire for use of it during you request, it is automatically charged.
It is a perfect fit for large groups or 2 family needs for a comfortable stay.

Winter 2026 we are offering long terms stays for 70% off the regular rate . Min of a 56 day rental is required a long with a signed stay agreement .

The Master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bath which has a beautiful corner Jacuzzi tub & large shower stall stall. This bathroom is located on the main floor off of the main living room area.

The main floor has another bedroom with a double bed in it.
The basement has the games room and 2 bedrooms & a 5 piece bath.
The 2 large bedrooms have 2 x double bamboo top beds in each of them and one room has a single bed also.

The games room has a pool table, ping pong table & a fooz ball table.
This home has an open concept Muskoka room in the upper level. A large basement walk out to a 44 x 12 ft deck where the HOT TUB is installed.

Fall & Winter 2026 /27 Nov- April we supply comforters for beds required only,
We always supply dish clothes, kitchen towels and dish washer soap and started hand soaps. , We do not supply bed sheets, pillows or towels.
Summer months, June, July, August September & October
NO BED SHEETS,PILLOWS,BLANKETS AND TOWeLS ARE NOT SUPPLIED
If you need linens due to your travels etc. please ask at time of booking.
We are always environmentally conscious and our septic system needs to be maintained. Please do not put grease,, flushables, food or other down our drains and toilets it will impede our pump systems

FALL FISHING IS ON ! , if you want to organize or inquire about a group fishing trip please do so by September 30th . We have rental fishing boats and package pricing which includes boat & motor, Bait, and campfire wood.

Winter 2026/27 we offer FREE to use our Snow Shoes and Cross country Skis and Boots. There is a small toboggan hill on or property and we do also have some sleighs you can use. The lake freezes in January and we have shovels you can use to build an ice skating area. Ice fishing is good out front of the home and if you are an ice fishing person bring your gear to fish, we do not have ice fishing gear.

The home has a private fire pit area on the lake. we supply the 1st load of wood for free and then they are $15 for each load.
Do Not Transfer bait or wood to our property. It is illegal in Ontario and if you have either we will confiscate it and destroy it. We can supply bait or shop locally there are suppliers in Restoule and Trout Creek on your way to the cottage. It is also illegal to transport bait in Ontario.
