That said, we would like to clarify that the reservation was used, check-in was completed, and the request for a full refund did not apply under the booking policy. While we fully respect every guest’s opinion, we believe it is unfair to harm a small business with exaggerated statements simply because a refund could not be granted after the stay had already begun. The property and neighborhood are accurately represented in the listing photos and description, and we continuously work to maintain and improve the space for our guests. We also take cleanliness and maintenance concerns seriously, and any issue reported during the stay is addressed as quickly as possible.
