There are 5 spacious double bedrooms on the first floor, 2 of which are en suite in addition to a communal bathroom. There are another 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with a bathroom

The house opens on to a beautiful and spacious mediterranean garden, with private swimming pool , sun loungers, tiled pool area, with table, chairs and large parasol . The pool is situated next to a scenic exposed stone wall
The garden has a beautiful well tended lawn and mature plants and trees. Stunning traditional outdoor french lanterns and night lighting means that you can sit out into the evening in the garden. The garden is ideal for families, one of the best features being that both the pool and garden are all on the same level so that families can enjoy the garden and pool area together. A substantial railed fence and lockable gate, separates the pool area from the rest of the garden, adding extra security for children. Garden tables, with overhanging large parasol and barbecue, mean that it is ideally set up for outdoor eating. The outside bathroom and toilet are convenient for garden and pool access.

The house is situated close to the centre of the medieval village of Masalas, with its stunning 11th century church. The village has a bakery and tea room, a traditional French restaurant, a tapis bar and The Excalibur, a large bar and restaurant, conveniently open 7 days a week till midnight. There is a bank, post office, tobbanist/newsagent, hair dressing salon, a mini supermarket and 2 doctors surgeries.

Magalas has a train station and a bus service, providing regular access into Beziers.

There is a large supermarket on the outskirts of the village with a nearby pharmacy, boulangerie/cafe, an additional restaurant and a tourist office, where all the wines of the region may be purchased.
Acres of amazing vineyards, surround the village which are ideal for scenic walks and bike rides.
There are numerous Domaines, both in the village and the surrounding area, where tasting and purchasing of wine can be undertaken

Magalas is 25 minutes from beautiful Mediterranean beaches. There is also scenic river swimming available at Reals and picturesque Rocquebrun and plenty of water sports such as kayaking, in these areas.
