We had a lovely stay! The house was perfect for our family gathering. Information was well organized and clear. The location right near the canal was beautiful and so nice to to walk the path in the morning. The pool and outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and grilling.

Beautifully spacious and well-equipped house for a family gathering. It had everything we needed both indoors and out. The swimming pool was fabulous and such a good size and depth.Colombier is a very pretty town with good restaurants and shops only a few minutes walk. Hiring a boat for a day on the canal was tremendous fun. Susan and Anthony were very helpful and informative hosts. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful, well equipped and comfortable house, where we (a party of 8) quickly felt at home. Fans and air conditioning helped during exceptional heat, but the thick walls ensured the house was always cool. The garden/terrace/dining areas were spectacular - much larger than the photographs suggest; the large heated pool was probably the best we have experienced in a rental. The garden and street were extremely quiet and the walk into town (lovely small marina area and several good/welcoming restaurants) was only 5 minutes. Easy access to coast and nearby Bezier (gorgeous, 15 min by car). We enjoyed a very special holiday here - thank you!

House was beautiful and had everything you could possibly think of to make your stay just perfect. Close to some lovely restaurants and bars and near the canal 😊😊. Loved this place.

Lovely village house

We had a great stay in this house, which even nicer than the photos. It has all the amenities you need, the house is very comfortable, the swimming pool is top notch ! Susan was easy to reach out to and gave us so much information. We had a really great time there.

Absolutely loved this place!

We stayed at this fabulous house with our three children and their grandparents. The house is huge! It is stunningly furnished with really comfy beds. The pool is a great temperature and a really descent size. Of course the kids spent most of the day in the pool but also enjoyed use of the pool table. Occasionally they would disappear only to be found in the room with the massive TV and games consoles!! We all loved having use of the bikes to explore the area. I would most definitely recommend this house and hope to return in the future.

Two weeks with family and friends

This is a perfect house for an extended family holiday. The first week we were with our extended family, the second with 2 other couples. It is very well equipped for cooking and bbqing. A lovely outside table for dining near the pool. The salon is spacious with lots of room to gather. The upstairs “dormitory” is perfect for teens - an almost private space. And the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a couple of minor wifi and bbq glitches - but were quickly and happily resolved by the local manager. The village is small, but quite lively as there were community events both weekends. It is very convenient to Béziers and just a shot drive to the coast

Absolutely beautiful

We just loved your house so much . We stayed with 2 large families ranging from 10- 40 . It was everything we could have asked for and more . The pictures are great but in person it’s even better. All the rooms are beautiful with bedding and towels a plenty. The salon perfect for family time while the attic room and games room perfect for kids chilling time. The garden and pool were lovely even got to take home an early grapefruit from the tree. We explored the local area visiting Valras,Narbonne and Serignan beaches . We also did a day trip to Spain and Carcassone as well as more local adventures . Such a lovely spot for a really lovely holiday Thankyou

The most beautiful house with facilities that ticked everyone's boxes from the 'dorm' room upstairs for the teens with the Xbox to the games room with the pool table that we got very good use of to the lovely salt water pool and comfortable loungers. Also a great, spacious kitchen and outside table with bbq. We also much appreciated the flexibility offered with our early arrival time and great comms from the owners. Only suggestion for improvement would be a second shower instead of the roll top bath as the little shower room upstairs was in great demand with 12 of us. Also, whilst the village itself has all the essential facilities we were surprised that (unless we missed something) there didn't seem to be an original centre to it- just a modern area around the port. We did have a brilliant time on the canal though when he hired a boat for the afternoon!

Fantastic property for family holidays

We booked this property for a short family break in late October and had a wonderful time. A few previous reviews have commented on how it's even better in reality than in the photos and we have to agree: the garden & pool area is really well designed (we've never seen such an ingenious pool cover); the interior is vast; the kitchen is well-equipped; and my kids absolutely loved the XBox with its 50+ games plus the air hockey table, table football etc. In terms of location, the property is at the end of a very quiet street right next to the Canal du Midi. The town centre is about 10 minutes walk away and has a decent boulangerie, some cafe-restaurants but no general store that we could find (we think it had permanently closed recently). Fortunately there's a reasonable Casino supermarket and some other shops in a zone industriel about 5 minutes drive from Colombiers. The check-in process was smooth with a warm welcome from Antony, and the owner Susan was very responsive to messages before and during the booking. Overall a really enjoyable stay and we're very tempted to book again.

Plein soleil au rendez-vous

Très belle et agréable maison. L’accueil chaleureux a été très agréable. Tout est pensé pour que les vacances soient bonnes. Mais il est dommage que nous ayons du faire les courses pour des choses essentielles qui n’étaient pas en réserve ( sacs poubelles, sopalin, papier water, sel, poivre etc…
