The space
The Pink Palm III is Scottsdale's is TikTok's most viral bachelorette house (@pinkpalmscottsdale) that is able to sleep 16 guests comfortably. The stylish 5 bedrooms include comfortable king/queen size beds, LED mirrored beauty stations and generous closet space. 4 bathrooms including an oversized and newly renovated luxury bathroom, a custom beauty bar and many beauty stations throughout the house ensure a perfect place to get ready for Old Town - even for larger groups. One bedroom even provides a custom-made built-in queen-on-queen bunk bed. No matter if you celebrate your bachelorette party, friends getaway or anything else, you won't run out of photo opportunities.

The living room has vaulted ceilings. a jaw-dropping electric fireplace (that changes colors via remote) with a 85 inch 4K TV with built-in Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube and streaming capabilities. The brand new fully equipped kitchen features a huge island - perfect for chefs to cook their group a feast. The CB2 dining room table that seats 10 will be the perfect place to dine as a group. If you need a fresh outfit, the laundry room is available for your use with laundry supplies, a steamer and Whirlpool appliances. For even more fun, enjoy our pole dance/party room with fun LED features throughout.

After spending an afternoon in the backyard of The Pink Palm III, you'll never want to leave! The brand new pool features a baja shelf with in-pool loungers and a spa built for 8+ guests. The upscale hotel-quality daybed provides the perfect pool-side ambiance and will surely be a coveted photo op! On a chilly night after the spa, pour a glass of wine and gather around the firepit.

We now provide pre-arrival decorating (for bachelorette parties, birthdays and more). Since this is an in-house service, we can offer significantly lower rates than competitors.
Also, we provide fridge stocking services - spend more time at the pool and less at the grocery store.

SCOTTSDALE NOISE ORDINANCE

Please keep enjoying yourselves but be mindful of the neighbors when outside at late hours after 10pm. The city of Scottsdale is VERY strict about this. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500)
Please be aware that we have a privacy-safe sensor that monitors noise levels.

RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD

According to Scottsdale's noise ordinance loud music outdoors is not allowed at any time of the day. In case you listen to music outdoors please keep the volume low.

OCCUPANCY

16 guests max. Please be aware that the only number of guests allowed at our property is the number of guests you book for at any time. Additional unapproved guests may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

POOL HEAT

Pool heat is available for an added fee, $50 per night, 2 night minimum is required and must be paid for in advance. Please ask for pool hear least 1 day before check in.

EARLY CHECK IN /LATE CHECKOUT

We love to give early check-ins if there is no checkout that morning. We offer complimentary check-ins (We will know 48hrs prior) and for a fee, you may check-in earlier.

3rd PARTY VENDORS

Any 3rd party vendor must be approved. Cabana boys and DJ's are not allowed at this property


POOL RULES

No glass at the pool. We provide plastic cups for you.
Pool & Spa hours are 7am-10pm out of respect for our neighbors.

PARTY DECORATIONS

Sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips are not allowed. They can damage the wall paint which will result in a fine.
NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.


This property and all guests must comply with AZ Senate Bill SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance Sections 18 - 150, 18 - 121 and all state and city regulations. **All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
